Just like last year’s Terror Claws Skeletor and Flying Fist He-Man two pack, you can only pick up this amazing exclusive at the toy convention in Germany. The Cartoon Collection She-Ra & Hordak MOTU Origins 2-Pack Toyplosion Exclusive features incredible artwork with She-Ra battling Hordak and the Frightzone in the background with Kowl on the tree and Bow locked up in the prison cell! In a cool homage to European 2 packs, it also includes a cassette tape with “The Ultimate battle between Hordak and She-Ra” story tape. She-Ra
She’s dressed in her classic battle-wear and comes armed with shield and sword accessories inspired by the episode “The Treasure of the First Ones.”Here are some action poses of the Princess of Power as she shows off her sword! The paint apps look stellar on her!
She is also posed with her shield and we also get a peek at the handle as she is poised to attack!

She-Ra SDCC 2024 Reveal
It was amazing to see She-Ra revealed in Cartoon Collection form as she looks quite stunning! She features her iconic tiara, her red cape, and her classic white outfit with gold designs and the blue jewel in the center of her stomach. He face sculpt is captured perfectly has she has a stern and determined look on her face, as if the freedom of Etheria all depends on her!
She-Ra is a fictional character who originated from the animated television series titled “She-Ra: Princess of Power,” which was produced by Filmation and aired from 1985 to 1986. The character was created as a counterpart and sister to He-Man, who originated from the companion series “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.” Both shows were based on Mattel’s toy line.
In the series, She-Ra is a heroic figure and the alter ego of Princess Adora, the twin sister of Prince Adam (He-Man). Adora was raised as a Force Captain in the evil Horde army on the planet of Etheria until she discovers the truth about her origins. She learns that she was kidnapped as a baby from her true family, the royal rulers of Eternia, and was brainwashed into serving the Horde.
After realizing the truth, Adora sides with the Great Rebellion, a group of rebels fighting against the Horde’s oppression. She gains the Sword of Protection, a magical weapon similar to He-Man’s Sword of Power. By raising the sword high and exclaiming, “For the Honor of Grayskull,” Adora transforms into She-Ra, the Princess of Power. She becomes the leader of the Great Rebellion and dedicates herself to freeing Etheria from the Horde’s control.
Hordak
This Masters of the Universe toy comes with a removable harness and a time-stop device accessory inspired by the Princess of Power episode “Loo-Kee Lends a Hand.” He comes packaged on the same new Horde inspired Cartoon Collection Filmation She-Ra 40th anniversary card back.

This version of Hordak is outstanding! As the Cartoon Collection is known for toning down the details, they really poured a lot of sculpting into the ruthless leader of the evil Horde! He features a cartoon accurate face sculpt and they even remembered to paint his eyes and his teeth red! What is also great about this version is that you can finally swap out just his head sculpt as his head is on a ball joint that is not attached to his collar.
Hordak was the ruthless leader of the Evil Horde and appeared in 72 episodes of the She-Ra, Princess of Power FIlmation cartoon series. He appeared with blue skin and did not resemble his vintage action figure, which had grey skin.

Hordak was a Commander in the Horde Empire and was the brother of Horde Prime, the supreme ruler of the Horde. Hordak was trained in the art of sorcery by the Etherian magician, Noah, though as time went on, he would grow to detest magic and embrace technology and science, believing it far superior. Hordak’s preferred method of fighting was to transform his body parts into various weapons, usually favouring a cannon arm.

Toyplosion 2024 Exclusive
Toyplosion 2024 featured an incredible Terror Claws Skeletor and Flying Fist He-Man two pack with exclusive packaging and artwork. TOYPLOSION on Facebook posted these images of their amazing booth at the convention last year. The booth featured two incredible MOTU 3D Print large figures TC Skeletor & FF He-Man by the talented Oli Ver! Wouldn’t you love to have those displayed in your toy room? The giant action figures look so cool as part of this display! You could only purchase these figures last year by attending the show, but if you are looking for them on the aftermarket, you can find them HERE.
Here we can see the amazing Flying Fists He-Man & Terror Claws Skeletor MOTU Origins 2-Pack Toyplosion Exclusive up close! They look just beautiful! Too bad the only way to get these is by attending the event in person! I love the display and the amazing artwork on the packaging!

The last months were full of speculation and now is the time to reveal the main exclusive of this year’s @toyplosion 2024!

Limited to 700 exemplars this double pack consists of Flying Fists He-Man & Terror Claws Skeletor as an homage to the original collectibles from 1986. @mattel artist Simon Eckert (@simoneckert.art) exclusively re-interpreted the 80s artwork which is also included as 300g/m² A1 print.

Terror Claws Skeletor Deluxe Release
The Masters of the Universe Origins Deluxe Terror Claws Skeletor is just as fun as the vintage figure that came out in 1986 with a much brighter color scheme. The action feature that made this figure so amazing back in the 80’s is retained and TC Skelly comes with some oversized claws and his trusty Dragon Weapon to strike fear into any foe! Card and Art
As Terror Claws Skeletor is a deluxe figure, he comes on the wider, larger MOTU Origins Card with his weapons and accessories on display in all of their glory. The rear of the card is where the money shot is as you can see Two-Bad and Spikor behind Terror Claws Skeletor ready to strike! Like other figures that have been teased on the Origins card art, we expect these figures to make it into the line but at the time of writing this review, they have not been officially announced yet.
Flying Fists He-Man Deluxe Release
Mattel brings us one of the most iconic Masters of the Universe figures with Flying Fists He-Man! An absolutely beautiful homage to the original 1985 vintage figure, complete with his shiny vac-metal armor, He-man swings with awesome might!
The deluxe packaging for Flying Fists He-man harkens back to the original vintage packaging. The front of the card back pays homage to the vintage card back with the blue background and red rock burst! Complimented by the image of Flying Fist He-Man swinging his mighty 3-headed mace. Also includes the “New for 22”, yellow “Modern Posing Retro Play” burst and action call-out of “Swings with awesome might” yellow burst as well.
The back of the card back features amazing artwork by the great Axel Gimenez. The artwork features Flying Fists He-Man swinging his mace with Fisto, Syklone, and Mossman by his side, and you will also notice a partial view of Eternia. What makes this card back artwork truly amazing is that this is one half of giant image that features the rest of Eternia with Terror Claw Skeletor, Two Bad and Spikor; when placed next to the Terror Claw Skeletor deluxe figure card back. The rest of the back of the card back features the typical cross sell art featuring all the Wave 7 characters and the Battle Action features of Flying Fist He-man with its distinctive illustrated instructions.
