Meet the Band

Zartan

Heartthrob Zartan is the brooding bad boy of the bunch. The dark and mysterious lead singer and bass guitarist tries to hide his boiling emotions behind a literal mask, and his chameleon-like expressions make him a true master of disguise. A skilled ventriloquist, Zartan’s uncanny ability to throw his voice can give the impression that he’s not even singing at all, but with Cold Slither’s lyrics packing such cosmic vibes, does it really matter? Move over, there’s a new Lizard King knocking at the doors of perception.

• Zartan can speak over 20 languages! He’s quite the linguist.
• He also enjoys martial arts, yoga, and archery.
• Zartan hates the sun and tries to stay covered up as much as possible.

Torch

Australian-born dreamboat Torch is a versatile musician who can alternate between both keyboard and guitar in the blink of an eye. Never one for structured education, Torch quit school for the Merchant Marine but ultimately cast his nets for bigger fish than just rocking in the misty sea. Beneath those steamy glasses his eyes burn with a fiery passion and a smoldering rage that erupts on stage as his fingers set the keys aflame. A man of few words, Torch would wear his heart on his sleeve if his shirts had sleeves. Is Torch on the cutting edge of Rock ‘N Roll Fashion? All signs point to yes yes yes!

• Torch was overjoyed at Cold Slither’s first paying gig which paid each bandmember just $5/hour.
• Uses oxy-acetylene cutting tools to create what he calls “deconstructionist art”
• Torch scavenges the swamps for fun and profit.

Ripper

Ripper likewise is a switch hitter between guitar and keyboard. Loud is his M.O. Some call this devil who hails from Tasmania the comedian of the group. Onstage his deep brown eyes twinkle with a knowing smile like a river of crystal light. Then the music takes off, and Ripper starts shredding his axe like a jackhammer, slicing through the silence, and tearing notes apart with the force of the Jaws of Life. This handsome hunk also has a bit of a rebellious streak with a serious dislike of authority figures. Can you be the one to tame his heart?

• Ripper has had a sweet tooth since he was a young boy which explains his love of grape soda and chocolate donuts – but hopefully it won’t impact that flawless ab crunch.
• Outside of music Ripper has a passion for motorcycles and a collection of wooden shoes.
• Ripper is a party boy who hates when things are “Getting to be too much like work.”

Buzzer

Drummer Buzzer cast off his posh upbringing preferring the company of less-polished individuals. Now the steady droning of his rhythms keeps the time for Cold Slither’s occasionally discordant bunch. Tired of all the games, Buzzer loves nothing more than cut through society’s trappings with the music of Cold Slither or whatever else he can get his hands on. Though he still gets a kick out of the fawning fan attention that stardom brings.

• Buzzer studied at an elite university but denounced academia for his true calling.
• He has a bit of a “thing for bling” with his diamond-toothed chainsaw never far from sight.
• Buzzer uses a homemade mixture of chainsaw oil, pomade, and other strange gunk to achieve his magnificent mohawk.

Ease the slipcover off to reveal a treasure trove of Easter Eggs surrounding a recreation of the renowned Springfield Theater’s exterior. The weathered brick façade is adorned with posters and trinkets of past and future performers that have graced their vaunted halls. Don’t try using your VIP Pass to sneak into the theater’s backstage, or Monkeywrench may have a boot he’d like to introduce to your face. Behind the ticket booth glass, Zarana ponders if it’s reinforced as she goes through the motions of granting you admission to the performance of a lifetime.

Each Cold Slither figure in the set includes his iconic instrument. The package is bursting with 29 musical accessories including guitar, bass, keytar, 5 instrument straps and a full 6-inch-scale drum kit complete with floor tom, hi hat with pedal, hi tom, mid tom, bass drum with kick pedal, stool, 2 drumsticks, snare drum, cymbals and stands. Buzzer rocks removable glasses and a neckerchief.
