Mads Hawking Helmet Makina Labs by Ramen Toy
Ramen Toy has officially opened preorders for their Makina Labs Mads Hawking 1:1 scale helmet, and I have to say, this is a piece that truly blew me away when I first saw the prototype in person at San Diego Comic Con 2025 when I first met Ace in person! It looked absolutely incredible up close! Collectors now have a special limited-period preorder window running from September 6 to September 9, 2025, where you can secure the MAKINA LABS MADS HAWKING HELMET at an early bird price of $145 (originally $199) with just a $20 deposit. The remaining balance plus shipping will be invoiced closer to delivery, which is currently slated for Q3 2026. One important note: this preorder cannot be combined with other items at checkout, so be sure to place it separately to lock in your helmet.
The 1:1 scale helmet of Mads Hawking features a sleek silver design accented with bold red panels and a dark tinted visor. Constructed from ABS with high quality silicone parts, it has precise sculpting with vent and panel details that give it a sharp, authentic look. The helmet measures approximately 10.5 inches wide (26.7cm), 14.5 inches tall (37.2cm), and 11.6 inches in depth (29.6cm). It is a fully tooled, injection molded, ensuring durability and accuracy, and is not a 3D print.
The visor itself acts as actual sunglasses, offering UV protection with a VLT rating of 13.71% and a “REVO” Blue finish. The helmet also functions as a respirator mask, equipped with a replaceable filter gauze and a breathable airflow system. For comfort and wearability, it comes with inner adjustable head straps to ensure proper size and fit.
