Just dropped! the Masters of the Universe movie preorders are starting to roll in and collectors now have a chance to lock in some of the figures we got our first official look at not long ago, and I have to say the range of what Mattel is offering across multiple scales and formats is genuinely impressive. Let’s start with the Chronicles line, because that Ram Man and Fisto 2-pack at the 6.5-inch scale looks like it could be one of the highlights of this entire movie rollout, with screen-accurate designs pulling from the 2026 live-action film, actor likenesses on both figures, and 30 movable joints each for that deluxe level of articulation that the Chronicles line has been delivering. Ram Man comes loaded with coil leg extensions, a hatchet, and extra hands while Fisto brings an energy effect and two alternate fists, all for $53.99 with a ship date of May 14, 2026, and you can preorder that 2-pack now through Amazon. Also up on Amazon is the movie-accurate 4-pack at the 5.5-inch scale for $37.79, which includes He-Man, Duncan/Man-At-Arms, Skeletor, and an exclusive Goat Man figure, each with 14 posable joints, actor likenesses, and signature weapon accessories, and that one ships May 14, 2026 as well with the preorder link right here for the MOTU movie 4-pack. Over at Target, the Origins side of things is shaping up nicely too, with a First Ones Origins Core He-Man featuring Nick Galitzine’s likeness in that classic Origins style with 16 articulated joints, a signature sword, and swappable parts for $21.99 shipping April 25, which you can preorder at Target now. Right alongside He-Man is an Origins Spikor that pulls the character’s movie design into the 5.5-inch Origins format with a spiked flail, 16 joints, removable parts for mix-and-match customization, and traditional blister card packaging, also $21.99 and shipping April 25, with the Spikor preorder live at Target as well. And then there’s the one that really caught my eye on the vehicle side, the Origins Fright Fighter with its dragonfly-style design featuring large wide wings inspired by the movie, a trigger-activated wing flapping action feature, opening and closing claws for capturing enemies, a bendable tail that doubles as a handle, and room for a 5.5-inch Origins figure in its cockpit, priced at $42.99 and also shipping April 25 from Target. Seeing Mattel spread the movie tie-ins across Chronicles, Origins Core, a vehicle, and a multi-pack tells me they’re going all in on giving collectors options at every price point and scale, and with Goat Man as a pack exclusive and Spikor getting an Origins figure, the deep cuts are already showing up alongside the heavy hitters. We are not sure if these figures will be available at other retailers right now but grab them while you can!
