Booth Reveals
Panthor and Skeletor
Mondo revealed their deluxe Panthor in all of his mighty glory and this prototype looks outstanding! Who is that riding atop Panthor? It is none other than a brand new sculpt of Skeletor and from what we are seeing from the booth and the concept art, this pair will be making the most killer duo to add to your Mondo shelf! Skeletor is clad in a nice black armor complete with a black hood, which will give him a differentiated look versus previous versions of the Evil Lord of Destruction. Looking at the concept render, it appears he will also come with interchangeable battle armor and real furry shorts, like the deluxe Mondo He-Man that went up for preorder earlier this year and the Anti Eternia He-Man that was also revealed today .

Panthor is clad in his classic green armor with a rams horn helmet very reminiscent of the MOTU Classics design! The saddle looks to have a leathery texture to it and has some very ornate detailing. The prototype captured the deep purple we all know and love from Skelly’s naughty kitty!

He also comes with interchangeable heads, like the Deluxe Battle Cat that went up for preroder this month.

Trap Jaw
The prototype for Trap Jaw is looking amazing and so life like! His face looks battle hardened and worn and his mechanical arm looks like it is made of metal. You can also see a lot of weathering on the paint app and some wires coming out from the back of the attachment, which add some realism to the design.

This design really plays up the mechanical nature of Trap Jaw while infusing some of the tried and true elements that we love. For example, his skull belt looks spot on and if you look closely, you can make out some kill hashmarks on the belt, if we are reading those correctly. His thighs are covered in his boots and armor for the most part but you can make out some blue skin at the knees. That clamp attachment looks like it can do some real damage and we can’t wait to see more official pics!

Anti Eternia He-Man
The lastest 1/6 scale figure from Mondo was revealed at Designer Con 2022 and the folks over at Mondo keep upping their game when it comes to their 1/6 scale figure line! While reusing many of the part from the Deluxe He-Man Mondo 1/6 Scale Timed Edition, there are many differences worth noting that makes this figure a must have in your Mondo collection! First off, they nailed the color palette for Anti Eternia using deep orangey reds against He-Man’s jet black skin. One difference from the previous versions of He-Man that Mondo has created, he will come with translucent accessories, which is worth the price of admission alone!

Getting an up close view of the sculpt, the red eyes really give this figure a “dead” look it! Coupled with the sneer, the overall feeling of the figure has a very menacing look to it. The chest harness is highly detailed and the pieces of the armor stand out for being painted black.

Like the previous Deluxe version of He-Man, he comes with actual furry shorts, and boots, which adds so much texture and goes very well with the aesthetic of the figure. He will also come with a gaggle of accessories, which include a translucent Power Sword, Axe, and battle armor with swappable chest plates! He will also come with two alternate heads, like the deluxe He-Man before him.

Taking a closer look at the translucent battle armor, it looks amazing and it looks even better on the figure!

Changing out the harness for the translucent battle armor adds to the displayability of the figure and the textures play very well off each other.

Panel Reveals
Teela
Teela is also coming to the line and it is great to get another female character to accompany Mondo’s latest release of She-Ra!

Orko
Orko will also be joining the line and it will be amazing to see how they handle his outfit and whether it will be soft goods or a flexible plastic.

Beast Man
Last but not least is Beast Man! We can’t wait to see a prototype of Skeletor’s evil henchman as we are sure they will do him justice, just like the rest of the figures in the line.
