New Night Force Parth Wolf Spider Varma GI Joe Classified Series Figure
A New Night Force GI Joe Classified Series character, Parth Wolf Spider Varma, was circulating on social media today!
We’ve known for quite some time that there will be a new Night Force G Joe Classified Series character added to the ranks! Thanks to surveillance_port via via @beesbattlegrounds comes our first look at a new Night Force character, Parth “Wolf Spider” Varma! We are treating this as rumor until the Joe team officially announces the figure but this one looks legit. Also, thanks to thanks to @yak_face for decoding the codename “Tennyson” from the list of upcoming figures! This is definitely in the rumor category as none of this information has been verified, but if it turns out to be true, then we have a cool new figure for GI Joe Classified Night Force faction. Now of course some of these are code names, so as we crack the code, we will be sure to update you on the decoded names! Thanks again to our friend G.I. Night Force Parth Wolf Spider Varma
The only images that have surfaced show the box and the quality of the images are not so great but they do give us our first look at this new Night Force figure, which is rad (yes I said rad!). It appears that he comes with a lot of headgear which include a helmet and some night vision goggles. It looks like the Night Force faction is really coming together and it’s great they adding another figure to the line.

Parth “Wolf Spider” Varma is joining a great Night Force crew, which has Big Ben, Shooter, Rip Cord, and Crazy Legs!
Night Force Big Ben
Big Ben was revealed as a digital render during London Comic Con 2022 and the actual production figure came out fantastic! He comes with a gaggle of heavy weaponry and an alternate gas mask head sculpt. It’s amazing to see that Hasbro is finally diving into the Night Force line but it’s an odd choice to kick off the line but the deco for Big Ben definitely suits the figure.
The official production photos for Big Ben are outstanding! You really get a sense of the look and feel of the figure and the face sculpt came out amazing!!! The dark greens and blacks are well suited for a Night Force figure!
The straps continue around the back of the figure and he looks amazing!
Big Ben originally came out in the GI Joe A Real American Hero in 1991 as part of Wave 10. Big Ben being one of the later characters in the line is a more obscure choice from Hasbro as they have not completed their core line up yet. But given all the neat accessories Big Ben came with and his amazing camo deco. Will he include his face paint and furry hat? It will be really fun to see what he looks like in the Classified Series scale and detail.

Night Force Shooter
The Night Force Shooter is a brand new character but pays homage to her previous figure that we saw in the line in the 50th Anniversary line.
She comes with 2 alternate head sculpts plus a gaggle of weapons and it’s amazing to see her join the Night Force line!
Jodie “Shooter” Craig, was released in the GI Joe 50th Anniversary Special Forces 3-pack along with Outback and Falcon. The interesting thing about this pack was it looked like a Night Force 3-pack but it was not labeled as such!
Shooter’s bio reads:
“Pulling the trigger is the next to last thing JODIE “SHOOTER” CRAIG does as an expert marksman. First, she might take days to move into a shooting position, progressing by inches. Then she remains motionless in the hide, waiting for the target to appear. Once the target is acquired, she uses hard-won skills and esoteric knowledge to judge wind deflection and bullet drop before exercising precise breathing control prior to trigger break. The last thing she does is the hardest – getting away.”
Night Force Rip Cord was the 13,000 backers unlock for tier 1 from the Dragonfly HasLab campaign.
Night Force Crazy Legs
Unlocked as part of the Dragonfly HasLab campaign, Night Force Crazylegs was the last tier 19K unlock for the Dragonfly campaign. One observation on this is that Night Force ripcord and Glenda are both digital renders and crazy legs is an illustration, so it makes us think that Hasbro was probably debating what the last tier release was going to be and drew him up as an illustration at the last minute. Or it could be that like with the Hiss Tank Haslab, the last tier might be left open to see what fan reactions are to the campaign, and then perhaps the team selects a less developed figure as the last tier. Hasbro said in their Instagram post:

To expand the ranks of the Joe team, we need recruits with the willingness to jump out of a helicopter into a hot landing zone with nothing more than a rifle, a couple grenades, and some good bad ideas. Joe Classified Series Night Force David “Crazylegs” Thomas action figure with removable helmet, goggles, cap, backpack, and weapon accessories. You may find his penchant for humming classical music annoying when you’re pinned down between enemy fire and a field of anti-personnel mines…then, there’s no sweeter sound than his tunes as Crazylegs comes ducking and weaving through the haze to haul your rear to safety.
