Ram Man and Moss Man MOTU Origins Movie In-Hand Images

Massive thanks to @hefanmotulev on Instagram for coming through with these fantastic in-package images of the MOTU Origins Movie Ram Man and Moss Man 2-Pack, which was discovered at a physical Smyths store in Germany and gives collectors their best look yet at what this set brings to the table. We first shared details on this movie-inspired 2-pack previously, but seeing it in-hand and in the packaging really elevates the excitement, especially when you feast your eyes on the gorgeous box art by @fetch.franciscoetchart, which captures both characters in a way that feels dynamic and full of personality. The artwork alone makes this a set that collectors are going to want to display proudly, and I love how the presentation ties into the cinematic aesthetic while still feeling rooted in the Origins style we’ve come to appreciate. Getting these kinds of in-hand images from overseas stores before wider availability is always a thrill because it lets us study the details up close, from the sculpted textures on Moss Man to the chunky, imposing presence of Ram Man in all his armored glory. It’s one thing to see digital renders and promotional shots, but seeing the actual product sitting on a shelf in a real store hits different for collectors who want to know exactly what they’re getting. With Smyths in Germany already stocking these, it likely won’t be long before this 2-pack starts surfacing in more locations, and I’m genuinely fired up to see how the figures themselves look once collectors start cracking these open and getting them in hand for a closer inspection.

In-Hand Images

The front of the two-pack package features Moss Man and Ram Man displayed side by side. Moss Man appears in a flocked green finish on his upper half with a leafy beard, brown loincloth, and black boots, while Ram Man is shown in his movie-inspired look with a dark metallic helmet and shoulder armor, red tunic, black gloves, and black boots.

The back of the box features stunning painted artwork of Moss Man and Ram Man in an Eternian landscape in front of Castle Grayskull, with Moss Man towering in the foreground, his mossy, bark-like texture rendered in rich detail, while Ram Man charges forward in his heavy armored gear. Small inset photos along the bottom show the figures and their features like Ram Man’s MOTU Origins spring action like the original.
