MOTU Origins 2026 Movie Figure Catalog Revealed
After weeks of these figures popping up in the wild with seemingly no warning, showing up in collector hands and on social media feeds before most of us even knew they were officially a thing, Mattel has finally pulled back the curtain on the full Masters of the Universe Origins movie figure catalog. Huge thanks to @tavarisjamarrcarter on Instagram for flagging this one. The official Masters account shared the full lineup with the caption “Inspired by the movie. Built for collectors,” and that pretty much sums up the intent here, because what we’re looking at is a proper Origins treatment of the upcoming Masters of the Universe movie designs, translating those live-action aesthetics into the retro-styled 5.5-inch format that Origins collectors know and love. The catalog gives us a clear look at what’s coming, and the roster is stacked, with He-Man, Skeletor, Teela, and even Moss Man making the cut, which is a pleasant surprise for anyone who wasn’t sure how deep this movie sub-line would go. The comments section on the post is already lighting up with collectors wanting to know when and where these will actually be available, and that’s the real question right now, because international availability in particular seems to be a concern based on what fans are reporting. It’s been a strange rollout for this wave, with figures surfacing on the pegs and in hands well before any official acknowledgment, so seeing the full catalog finally confirmed feels like the puzzle pieces are locking into place. Now the waiting game shifts from “what’s coming” to “where can I get them,” and hopefully Mattel follows up soon with concrete distribution details so collectors everywhere can plan accordingly.
MOTU Origins Movie Figure Catalog
The official MOTU Origins 2026 Movie catalog lays out the full lineup across three rows: He-Man, Spikor, Man-At-Arms, and Tri-Klops up top, followed by Teela, Skeletor, and a Moss Man & Ram Man two-pack in the middle, with Deluxe Trap Jaw, Deluxe Roboto, and the Fright Fighter vehicle rounding out the bottom. After weeks of these movie-inspired Origins figures leaking and surfacing with no official word, it’s great to finally see the whole wave confirmed and presented together.

Teela’s official reveal gives us a clean look at her movie-inspired design, with a gold and white outfit featuring sculpted bracers, wrapped leg armor, and a cross-body strap over her torso. She includes a sword with a pointed, angular blade design.

Teela Figure on Fright Fighter Box
What initially looks like standard box art is actually a clever blend of artwork and real figure prototypes. The Teela standing alongside He-Man is not illustrated, she’s a prototype of an unannounced MOTU Origins Movie Teela, sporting a white and brown outfit with armored plating on her legs and dark bracers on her forearms.

The closer look at the box art confirms that He-Man and Teela are not illustrated, they are actual figure prototypes composited into the painted scene. He-Man’s gold armor and sword have real plastic sheen and sculpted detail that separates them from the surrounding artwork, and the same goes for Teela’s layered costume and the sword she’s gripping.

Zoomed in on just the Teela prototype, the white and brown color scheme with black striping down her legs reads clearly as a distinct movie design rather than anything from the classic Origins line. Her flowing red hair and the gold sword she’s wielding overhead are the standout details at this scale.

Skeletor appears in his 2026 movie-inspired MOTU Origins form with a pale blue body, dark hooded cape, and layered armor pieces across the shoulders, waist, and boots. The figure is shown holding a ram-headed staff, while the skull face, glowing eye detail, and textured costume elements give this version a distinct look compared to traditional Origins releases.

Movie Skeletor Reveal
Breaking out of nowhere, the Dark Lord of Destruction himself has surfaced in MOTU Origins movie form, and once again it’s not Mattel pulling back the curtain but the collector community doing what it does best.

Skeletor
Another MOTU Origins Movie figure revealed out of nowhere, and this time it’s Skeletor. He’s wearing a full blue and dark brown outfit with a long soft goods cape and hood, and that skull face sculpt underneath is unmistakable.
