New official images of Masters of the Universe Origins Snake Armor Skeletor and Rise of the Snake Men Wave 1 were revealed today, let’s take a look!
UPDATE: Boltman Package and Artwork Reveal 10/24/22
Today we got Package and artwork revealed for the molecular generator Bolt Man! Thanks again to Manuel Eduardo Caritas for posting to his Instagram page! We once again get beautiful package artwork by Axel Giménez & FETCH Francisco Etchart. Below we get to see the amazing package both front and rear of the new Bolt Man figure! Bolt Man is the last of the wave to be revealed and his package continues the same incredible Rise of the Snake Men theme with the snake rising up behind the Masters of the Universe logo and the blister bubble that includes those cool snake scales! But this time we also get the Sun Man Rulers of the Sun subline sticker to tge front of the packaging! The rear of the package features beautiful new artwork which we will look at in closer detail below. It also includes the cross sell new Rise of the Snake Men wave featuring Rattlor, Kobra Khan, Snake Armor He-Man and Bolt Man.
The rear artwork drawn and illustrated by Axel Giménez & FETCH Francisco Etchart show an amazing scene of Bolt Man going at it against Kobra Khan in a jungley scene in the Eternian swamp! You can see all sorts of vines, trees, mist and some eye balls coming out of the swampy waters.
UPDATE: Rattlor Package and Artwork Reveal 10/22/22
Today we got another reveal and again thanks to Manuel Eduardo Caritas Instagram page, we got official images of the Rattlor MOTU Origins Package and artwork! Again, we want also thank Axel Giménez & FETCH Francisco Etchart for the amazing Rattlor artwork. Below we get to see the amazing package both front and rear of the new Rattlor figure! Rattlor’s package continues the same incredible Rise of the Snake Men theme with the snake rising up behind the Masters of the Universe logo and the blister bubble that includes those cool snake scales! The rear of the package features beautiful new artwork which we will look at in closer detail below. It also includes the cross sell new Rise of the Snake Men wave featuring Rattlor, Kobra Khan, Snake Armor He-Man and Bolt Man.

Snake Armor He-Man Package and Artwork
The rear artwork drawn and illustrated by Axel Giménez & FETCH Francisco Etchart show an amazing scene of Snake Armor He-Man going at it against Sssqueeze and Snake Face!! As we previously reported, Sssqueeze and Snake Face were rumored to be coming to the MOTU Origins line in 2023! Unveiled during the CANAL DOS ROSMINEIROS live stream, they revealed the first of the Snake Men coming to Origins in 2023 and they also revealed the additional Snake Men – King Hiss, Snake Face and Sssqueeze were also coming to Origins later in 2023! Is this artwork confirmation that Sssqueeze and Snake Face are indeed coming to the Origins line?
Kobra Khan Package and Artwork
The rear artwork drawn and illustrated by Axel Giménez & FETCH Francisco Etchart show an amazing scene of Thunder Punch He-Man going at it against Kobra Khan in a swampy Eterian scene!! We can also see Extendar in the background so could this be a tease that he might coming to the Origins line? Only time will tell!

Today we got official images of the new MOTU Origins Snake Armor Skeletor figure and in package shots of the Rise of the Snake Men wave! They came from the Game Stop website! These include Snake Armor He-Man, Kobra Khan, Rattlor and Bolt Man! The Rise of the Snake Men were revealed at this year’s San Diego Comic Con and they looked spectacular in their new Rise of the Snake Men themed card backs! I just love the way they have incorporated the Snake Men logo rising up from behind the Masters of the Universe Logo! It looks amazing! Plus there is also an added Snakemen sticker to the front and the bubble is supposed to have scales on it as well along the bottom.
Snake Armor Skeletor
First off, let’s take a look at this brand new Origins figure that has never been made before, MOTU Origins Snake Armor Skeletor! Mostly a reuse of the 200x Skeletor, this new version of Skeletor is looking incredible is his amazing snake armor and snake headdress! The snake armor is a reddish orange color with giant green snake eyes on the chest and shaped fangs that make up the front of the chest armor. The shoulder portions of the armor are shaped like the head of a cobra snake’s hood! He has a king cobra shaped headdress on as well with what looks like sitting on the 200X skeletor head sculpt below! They also reused the 200x arm, arm bracers, loin cloth design and shin armor design, but in a darker purple color. Heck, Mattel needs to get it’s money’s worth out of the new parts they used on the 200X Skeletor figure and this was a great way to do it!
