Splinter-Skull Turtles of Grayskull Deluxe Target Exclusive In Hand Images

Splinter-Skull, Spiritual Sensei is starting to hit Target Stores, and Mr. Home Arcade was nice enough to send us in hand images of this new Turtles of Grayskull Deluxe Target Exclusive figure! One of the most anticipated Turtles of Grayskull Deluxe figures, Splinter-Skull includes some really nice accessories and a large parts of the Metal Boto Build a figure part! Yes he comes with the torso and rear turtle shell, to help almost make Metal-Boto complete! The last build a figure part will come with final deluxe figure for the build a figure Metal-Boto, Two-Bopsteady.

Package

Splinter-Skull comes packaged in the same deluxe window packaging as Mouse-Jaw, and Slaker, Krang, Moss-Man and Mer-Man. He includes the torso and turtle shell of the Build-A-Figure Metal Boto. He also includes a sword, and cape! The front of the box has illustrations of Splinter-Skull on the top, along with the purple rock burst, piping and green ooze. The rear of the package reveals Splinter-Skull’s artwork where we can see Splinter-Skull with Leonardo and He-Man kneeling down by his side. In the background is Casey Jones, April O’Neil, Donatello and Michaelangelo. It;s had to tell where the setting takes place but might be Castle Grayskull.

The sides of the package also include additional illustrations of Splinter-Skull.

Figure Details

Sprinter is very King Grayskull’esque as he comes with a cape, blue power sword that plugs into a stick and a cool rat tail! You can see the homage to King Grayskull with the braids in the hair, his furry collar cape and red cross chest armor! Splinter comes dressed in a magenta colored outfit with a gold belt. His chest armor is silver with gold and red cross, reminiscent of King Grayskull.

He has silver wrist bracers with rivets on them, and then furry boot tops with his open feet exposed. The package also includes an illustrated art bio card of Splinter doing meditation.

Here you can see the close resemblance to King Grayskull and how they homaged him with this version of Splinter-Skull

When you remove his armor, it gives him a classic TMNT look! Splinter also comes with an articulated rat’s tail that is on a ball joint and hinges up and down. Splinter’s face sculpt looks great and you can see his blue eyes and rat like face. Also you gotta love the King Grayskull braids and two buck rat’s teeth!

When you remove his clothes all together, you see his rat like body. But he has been pumping some iron! Way to go Splinter!

Splinter’s baby blue Power Sword attaches to his cane staff! You also get an alternate open hand in the package.

Here we can see Metal Boto in all his glory The turtle shell rear has holes in it to port in the arm attachments.

In looking at the Build-A-Figure Metal Boto parts, you can see the torso, and the green chest plate comes off to expose a robotic chest with 3 moving gears! One large blue gear and two small red gears, which turn when you turn Metal-Boto’s torso on his body.
