UPDATE: Luke Skywalker – Jedi Academy revealed
Hot off the heals of Star Wars Celebration Europ 2023, we get the latest reveal for the Star Wars Retro Collection, Luke Skywalker- Jedi Academy from the Book of Boba Fett! He is looking incredible in his all black Jedi outfit with a soft goods cloak. If you purchase Grugu, you can have him ride on Luke’s back!! He is set to come put this Fall 2023!
Boba Fett (Dune Sea)
During the Book of Boba Fett, Fett gets adopted by a tribe of Tusken Raiders, where you can see his nomad clothing in the scene. Following a time in the company of a Tusken tribe, Fett eventually regained his armor by tracking down and confronting the Mandalorian warrior Din Djarin on Tython, who took Fett’s armor from Vanth.
Bobba Fett is looking super nostalgic in his soft goods brown robe. He is carrying a gaffe stick and a large rifle that straps around his chest! This is a must have as it really harkens back to the style of the original Kenner figures!
The Mandalorian, known to a few as Din Djarin, is a battle-worn bounty hunter, making his way through a dangerous galaxy in an uncertain age.
Now similar figures to this have already been released as part of the Mandolorian Retro Collection, but you can never have too many Mandos!
A mysterious child pursued by bounty hunters on behalf of Imperial interests, the foundling Grogu found protection with the Mandalorian Din Djarin. Through their adventures and journeys through the galaxy, young Grogu is honing remarkable abilities.
This little guy is totally adorable! He comes packed with the vintage blue backpack like that of the vintage Kenner, where Luke used to wear it to carry Yoda around on his back!
While the Tuskens were nominally hostile towards outsiders, a tribe accepted bounty hunter Boba Fett into their ranks when he had proved himself. The outfits for these particular Tusken Raiders were significantly different than how they were portrayed in Star Wars a New Hope, albeit this is a different tribe and a different point in time.
Another nostalgic piece of plastic perfection! This Tusken Warrior is incredible and a perfect Kenner version of the Book of Boba Fett character! A blend of the vintage Tusken Raider and the new Tusken Warrior, this soft goods robed warrior is going to be a fan favorite to army build!
A former gladiator turned deadly bounty hunter, Krrsantan is a towering black-furred Wookiee. During the Empire’s rule, he made a name for himself in the criminal underworld with his intimidating presence and unstoppable raw strength.
This long lost cousin to Chewie makes a great addition to the Retro collection, with that same 1970’s style! He comes complete with gold chest armor and a flock of wookie braids on his chin!
Cad Bane appeared in the Dinsey+ series, The Book of Boba Fett. Bane once reflected to himself that the young Boba Fett sometimes reminded him of his younger self, but their relationship eventually soured. As his age passed, Bane remained bitter and ruthless, killing any who stood in his way. He tried to strike down his former ward Boba Fett, without mercy or discrimination. Bane looked at Fett with contempt for what happened between them, determined to kill him even if he played dirty.
An assassin and elite mercenary, Fennec Shand has worked for all the top syndicates. Clever, capable, and cunning, she is not to be underestimated and is full of surprises. She comes complete with her removeable helmet and rifle!
