Super Shredder Turtles of Grayskull Walmart Exclusive In-Hand Images

With Super Shredder going up for preorder way back in October 2024 at Walmart Collector Con, it appears that there was one Walmart store in Texas that put the out way ahead of schedule! This figure is highly detailed and built for action and, thanks to Mr. Home Arcade, we have an up close and personal in-hand look at the Mutated Serpent Ninja Master! This is our first deluxe figure for the continuing saga of the Reptile Wars and you can see the amazing snake packaging on the front the of the box. On the back of the box, there is an amazing illustration of Super Shredder getting ready to lay the smack down on Leonardo and Raphael with King Hiss in the background as his tag team partner!

The sides of the box feature two unique illustrations of Shredder both with and without his bident weapon!

He also comes with a collectible card that has a different illustration than what you get on the side of the box plus some bio info!

This is one of the most highly detailed figures! Shredder looks massive, and he is! First, the paint app looks like a silver/bronze color and this darker paint app looks amazing! There are also more details on his armor that they must have added after the prototype image was revealed. From the back you can see his tattered cape and it looks like he has a hood that is molded into it, giving it some realism. The head sculpt features a snake appearance under Shredder’s face armor.

From the side you can see his oversized armor and details in his helmet. A splash of color on the forearm armor breaks up all of the gray in the figure, which is a nice touch! The small paint app treatment makes it look more like a snake with red, beady, triangular shaped eyes! The oversized shoulder armor looks like a snake is biting down on his biceps, which gives him a cool look. The end of his tail is something to behold as you don’t want to be on the wrong end of that blade as the last thing you remember on earth.

Getting an even closer look at the details on his chest and tail when his armor is completely off shows all of the finer sculpting on the figure, which you don’t get to see when he is all geared up on his upper body so we are happy Mr. Home Arcade stripped him down to his tight and curlies and removed everything!

Here are the all of the parts that make up the figure and you can even detach the handle on the bident, turning it into a close quarters weapon. His snake staff features a bident with a snake wrapping around the upper portion.

Mr. Home Arcade also shows off a photo of what Super Shredder would look like if he came with a set of legs, which he feels was a missed opportunity as it gives the figure a completely different look and feel!

Here is a comparison pic with the first release of Shredder and they did an amazing job with this mutation!

He even put the armor on the Most Powerful Man in the Universe, which shows the versatility and playability of this figure!

Mutated Shredder, who we saw in person at San Diego Comic Con 2024, is pictured below. Shredder is clad is tons of silver armor that adorn his shoulders, forearm gauntlets, and chest. He has Shredder helmet vibes with a snake face peering through his mask. He also comes with an intricate staff that looks like it separates at the bottom.
