Who you gonna call? Janine Melnitz, cause she will be answering the call! Yes Mondo is finally putting up Janine for preorder starting Tuesday, February 24 at 11AM CT through March 10 at 10:59 AM CT. Revealed at NYCC 2025, Janine Melnitz comes complete with a ton of accessories and her iconic desk with other tools of the supernatural secretarial trade! She also includes two desk-haunting poltergeists and a smoochin’ Slimer! Yes this will look great in your The Real Ghostbusters display as it completes the gang full circle! She looks like she is going to be a time edition so this looks to be a Mondo exclusive. She will retail for $140 once she officially goes up for preorder at: The Real Ghostbusters – Janine with Desk 1/12 Scale Figure – Timed Edi – Mondo. The whole group look amazing together! Look at that frightened look on Janine’s face! Her desk is being invaded by goolies!
The classic yellow Gulper ghost and the Chomper Ghost in blue look incredible. If you remember these are the ghosts that used to come with the vintage Kenner Egon and Winston figures! I love the throwback to the original Kenner companion ghosts!
Janine even includes an alternate pair of crossed legs so she can sit up on the desk as shown below.
Or Janine can sit cross legged on her chair and file her nails!
This set also includes a smoochin’ Slimer so he can give Peter a big wet kiss!
Or smoochin’ Slimer can give Janine a big wet one as well!
Janine measures about 6.5″ tall and scales with the rest of the Real Ghostbusters Mondo heroes.

I just love Janine’s sassy look on her face, like what the F do you want and why are you bugging me look!
Here you can see some of the details of Jannine’s sculpt and all the cool desk accessories she comes packed with!
Some bird’s eye views of Janine’s work space revealed that she has a book, computer, desk pad, desk lamp, red telephone, button to alert the Ghostbusters and office chair, But if you look closely she has two ghost companions popping out of her desk drawers!
Here you can see the classic yellow Gulper ghost that used to come packed with the Kenner Egon figure, and the Chomper Ghost but in blue, that used to come with Kenner Winston!
