Transformers Jem and the Holograms Crossover SDCC 2026 Exclusive
Collider has just published the first official images of what might be one of the most unexpected SDCC 2026 exclusives yet, and it’s a crossover that brings together two pillars of 80s animation in a way I never saw coming: Transformers x Jem and the Holograms. Hasbro is leaning into its deep bench of 80s properties here, and the result is a Jem-inspired Autobot Blaster action figure set that hits a nostalgia sweet spot I didn’t even know I had. The set, which will retail for $59.99 USD, includes a 7-inch Autobot Blaster decked out in Jem-inspired deco that converts from bot to boom box in 20 steps, along with three mini-cassette figures: KP Rosanna, who converts from mini-bot to cassette mode in 9 steps, KP Glit, who goes from robo-jaguar to cassette in 10 steps, and KP Sundor, converting from robo-condor to cassette mode in 5 steps. On top of that, the set includes retro tech spec cards and 8 accessory pieces, including a keytar and mic, which is exactly the kind of detail that makes a crossover like this feel considered rather than gimmicky. There’s a real logic to pairing Jerrica Benton’s tech-driven transformations with the Autobots’ converting design, and the fact that Blaster, the Autobot most associated with music and cassettes, is the anchor of this set tells me someone at Hasbro really thought this through. Both Jem and the Transformers were legends of the same era, born from the same toy-driven animation boom, so seeing them collide in a single boxed set feels like a full circle moment for anyone who grew up with both on their TV screen. These will be available while supplies last at the Hasbro booth during SDCC, and for those of us who won’t be on the ground in San Diego, limited quantities will reportedly hit HasbroPulse.com after the convention, so keep your eyes peeled if this one speaks to you.

The packaging for the Transformers Jem and the Holograms Crossover SDCC 2026 Exclusive uses a pink-to-cyan gradient across the box face with a retro grid pattern filling the window area, and the side panel features illustrated art of Blaster in robot mode along with the three cassette companions.

The back of the packaging features classic G1-style tech spec cards for the full crossover set, complete with small character art and cut-out stat bars, alongside a large illustrated panel of Blaster in the Jem-inspired deco backed by a pink and cyan gradient.

This is the full spread of the Transformers Jem and the Holograms Crossover SDCC 2026 Exclusive, showing Blaster alongside all three mini-cassette companions, KP Glit, KP Sundor, and KP Rosanna, with the window box packaging behind them. The box itself uses a pink-to-cyan gradient with a grid pattern backdrop, and the window gives a clear look at Blaster in boombox mode with the cassettes stored alongside him.

Hot pink and cyan dominate the Jem-inspired Autobot Blaster deco, with the chest cassette door featuring a printed Autobot insignia and a bold red starburst. The lower legs incorporate sculpted speaker details that carry over from Blaster’s boombox alt mode, and that guitar accessory is a fun touch.

The chest area features small heart and star tampos across the cassette buttons, and the arms carry blue star deco on gray paneling. Collider had the first published look at this crossover set, and it’s easy to see why it got attention, the color blocking between the three tones is sharp and well-separated across every section of the figure.

We get a good view of the guitar accessory’s sculpted neck detailing with printed string lines running its length. The lower torso features a pink circular joint cover surrounded by geometric blue panel lines that tie into the overall deco pattern.

Sculpted keyboard keys run along the body of the keytar accessory, with a narrow neck extending upward to a microphone tip. The lower legs each feature large circular speaker cones flanked by cassette deck-style panel lines and rectangular vents, fully committing to the boombox aesthetic from every angle.

Blaster’s boombox mode from the front, flanked by KP Rosanna in cassette mode on one side and KP Sundor in cassette mode on the other. Both cassette figures show compact, folded proportions with sculpted joint details and limb segments tucked tight, and it’s a nice touch seeing how each one’s color scheme complements the main boombox without blending into it.

We a solid look at Rosanna, with small heart tampos on the shoulder area and a pink, gray, and blue color scheme that mirrors the larger Blaster figure’s deco. The compact proportions and chunky barrel-style arms are consistent with the classic cassette-bot form factor.

KP Glit’s robo-jaguar mode features a clean white body with blue legs and two missile-style pods mounted on the back, carrying over the crossover set’s pink, blue, and white palette into a compact beast form. A small yellow eye tampo on the head is the only warm accent on an otherwise cool-toned figure.

KP Sundor’s condor mode features broad, angular wings with notched tips and a compact central body with sculpted vent lines across the back. White accents break up the warm orange and yellow color scheme at the joints and underbody.

Blaster’s boombox alt mode shows the guitar accessory pegged into the top alongside the carry handle, with the Autobot insignia and red starburst tampo centered on the cassette door. The flanking speakers feature sculpted circular woofer cones and rectangular vents that read as genuinely functional stereo components.

The boombox alt mode has sculpted vents, button clusters, and blue knob accents scattered across the gray center panel between the pink speaker housings. Collectors get a thorough look at every angle, and this view of the carry handle and antenna assembly shows how cleanly those cyan pieces integrate into the top rail.
