Official Images
Huge shout out to Dan Diego for sending us these images that were posted on Twitter via: Stateoverse X (twitter.com)! Let’s take a look at these incredible images!
Man-At Arms
We can finally see Man-At-Arms stripped down to the bare essentials and all of the armor pieces and weapons are on display! He comes in his classic Man-At-Arms yellow armor that has been turtle’ized and even his classic mace is larger too! His chest armer has a nice fur look to it and some parts even resemble turtles, like this shield and his shoulder and leg armor.

We can also see how his turtleshell armor attaches to the back and integrates with the fur piece! The oversized armor looks great on the figure!

Originally we thought that MAA’s helmet would be removable but the jury is still out on that one but we are now thinking that his helmet is sculpted onto his head.

Donatello
Donatello also carries the same club/staff that Man-At-Arms does, and why wouldn’t he? He is also wearing MAA style armor so this is very fitting.

The purples, yellows, and greens go very well with the figure and it’s great to see a Turtle clad in all that armor!

His turtle shell armor can hold the large mace/staff and his chest armor harkens back to Man-At-Arms concept in MOTU with the furry parts going around his arms, which matches the color of his turtleshell.

Leonardo
Leonardo comes with light blue armor that covers his left arm, part of his right arm, and his goods around the waist, which is samurai inspired.

He also comes with a turtleshell on his back with a furry’like plastic piece that drapes over his shoulders.

You can see him wielding the two power swords that form into one, just like the vintage MOTU figures.

Raphael
Raphael comes with two oversized Sai’s for weapons, that stows neatly on his turtleshell!

Geared up or geared down, Raphael looks like an amazing mashup.

It seems like they mashed up Ram Man and Raphael as he comes with a removable helmet and he also has an oversized wrist bracer!

Shredder
The Official Images for Shredder look incredible! He has Hordak like feet and an Evil Horde Cross bow and cool axe as well!

You can see how cool Shredder looks with his new Horde inspired weapons!

Weilding an axe or his crossbow, he looks great as the first Horde crossover figure.

Beast Man
Using the classic MOTU Origins Beast Man, this new Turtles of Grayskull version comes packed with a bunch of Samurai inspired accessories to give him that Ninja inspired look!

He comes with a Samurai helmet, updated Beast Man chest armor, gold colored turtle shell embossed shoulder armor, a cool Samurai skirt, a new blue whip which is oriental inspired and a brand new shield with a coll kabuki mask looking face sculpted into it!

Beast Man looks amazing all geared up as he is ready to take on anyone!

You can see how cool Beast Man looks in his new Samurai inspired battle gear!

Mutated Ram Man
Mutated Ram Man is a throw back right to animal inspired TMNT mutants like Bebop and Rocksteady!

As you can see Mutated Ram Man is a mutated ram with Ram Man armor! He has Ram horns on his head, and a goat goatee on his chin! He is made of a translucent purple plastic and he even has furry ram like feet!

He comes with Ram Man’s signature Origins axes and has shoulder armor with spikes! He is also wearing the classic Ram Man chest armor and his belt buckle has a ram sculpted on it.

Mouse Jaw
Trap Jaw (or Mouse Jaw) is also joining the line and boy is he supercharged! He has a while helmet and a flame attachment with a blast effect that looks like the Mouser from TMNT. It also looks like Trap Jaw’s attachments on his belt can be used to form an actual Mouser! How freakin cool is that?

Mouse Jaw is a cross between Trap Jaw and a Mouser! He has Trap Jaw’s arm, but perhaps using the new Cartoon Collection sculpt, and his head isTrap Jaw with a Mouser head for his helmet! There is also a full Mouser included that can be attached to his arm as well!

He also comes with Roboto’s attachments in a light blue color, which is a departure from his normal set of weapons like his hook, laser blaster, and his claw.

Mutated Moss Man
Mutated Moss Man looks to be a cross between Moss Man and the stranger things Demogorgon. He is made of translucent green plastic and not flocked. He comes packed with a Demogorgon accessory and 2 translucent blue blast effects.

Mutated Moss man is wearing some crazy purple armor that looks very organic, like weeds growing off his body. He has brand new beast like hands and he has Demogorgon feet!

From all angles, Moss Man looks like a force to be reckoned with!

Sla’Ker
Sla’ker looks like a hilarious take on Faker and the TMNT Slash figure! You can see he pizza’s through the busted chest armor and he comes in the classic Faker blue with orange, pink, and purple accents.

Mutated He-Man
Muted He-Man looks as if he has a change in figure buck style as the official images show him with a solid figure sculpt, versus using translucent plastic!

He comes with a silver mace that is reminiscent of Spikor’s weapon! The differences in weapons and paint apps are also apparent.

The figure sculpt aside, Mutated He-Man looks like he’s a beast with mutagen pulsating through his veins!

He also has oversized spiked wrist cuffs, which look great and go along with his belt and weapon!

Krang
It looks like Krang uses the Andre the Giant buck from the WWE Superstars line. As you can see, he has the Krang Robot body style head, visor and all, and it looks like Horde chest armor.

He is wearing a red helmet, red gloves, a black loin cloth with what looks like a bronze chain, and red boots.

Krang’s brain is in a center portion that from the images looks like it can be removed as the Origins bucks have that modularity to them.

Special thanks to toyhuntershollow for posting these higher resolution images of the newly revealed characters, so we can see how amazing they will look!

I love Shredder and his awesome chest, shoulder and wrist armor! Also Mutated Ram Man looks like he is a translucent purple plastic! He looks like an actaul mutated Ram, with horns and all! This is a wonderful homage to the classic Bebop and Rocksteady who were mutated crosses of animals themselves. How cool is that?

Here we get to another one of the turtle brothers, Raphel, but we are still missing Michaelangelo. Perhaps he will come out in the next wave! Then we have a samurai inspired Beast Man!

Sla’Ker looks like Slash of course, and then we have a very interesting Mutated Moss Man who is not flocked, and looks to be a translucent green! It also looks like Moss-Man is reusing the new Demogorgon feet!

Card Art and Wave 1 Reveals
Incredible packaging and artwork were revealed today for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja MOTU Origins Turtles of Grayskull crossover line by Mattel and Paramount! The art team at Roy Juarez (@manuel_eduardo_caritas) have done an incredible job with this new packaging and I’m sure once skeptical fans see this, they will change their minds about this line! These four figure packages were revealed today, giving us the clear indication that these are Wave 1: Leonardo, Donatello, Man At Arms, and Mutated He-Man. So let’s take a look at these stunning new TMNT MOTU Origins Turtles of Grayskull Package and Art Reveals!
According to ̶M̶a̶s̶t̶e̶r̶s̶ SKELETOR Of The Universe (@masters) • Instagram photos and videos “Now here’s something totally tubular. A closer look at Leonardo, He-Man, Donatello and Man-At-Arms from the @TMNT x #MOTU Turtles of Grayskull collaboration.”
Leonardo
The packaging for Leonardo looks freaking amazing!! Inspired by the traditional red rock burst packaging of the MOTU Origins line in Turtle inspired colors, this new packaging includes additional illustrations on the front of both He-Man and Leonardo dawning his new MOTU gear! Masters posted a large image of only one half of the rear artwork as it shows Leonardo battling Shredder!

I absolutely love all the additional illustrations on the front, new color scheme and both the Masters of the Universe and TMNT logos on the front of the bubble! This one is titled ” Leonardo Heroic Ninja Turtle Leader!”

We only get to see one half of the rear artwork as it shows Leonardo battling with someone who seems to have a purple cape waving near by, can that be Shredder! I’m sure they were keeping the second half of the artwork hidden until they reveal the next wave of characters! But we have the entire image! He is of course battling Shredder!

Here is a beautiful close up of the images as well!

And here is the cross sell from the back, as you can see this confirms Wave 1 for us! Donatello, Leonardo, Man At Arms and Mutated He-Man!

Here is the bar code, but we will continue to try to track these down for preorders.

Leonardo looks more like a typical Leonardo figure, but with a MOTU style buck. He has his signature blue bandana, and he is wearing blue shoulder armor. He also has cool chest armor with an “L” in the MOTU style in the center of his chest armor.

Taking a closer look at Leonardo’s armor, he has a gray harness that holds the ‘L’ chest armor in place. The ‘L’ is set off by a light gray backdrop helping it to stand out. The straps are a dark gray and have a turtle shell integrated into the piece. The loin armor has a turtle shell towards the top of the belt with some nice rivet detail adorning the armor.

He also has two separate pieces of arm armor that cover his forearm and his bicep. The armor resembles that of a turtle shell (surprise) and the armor has straps that hold into place. The forearm armor looks like it fits nicely over his writ bracers. Given that these are turtles, we can see that a new hand design was created especially for line, which consists of a thumb and two fingers. The sword design is unique to the line and the blade has a feel of a sabre with one crossguard!

Donatello
Donatello’s package front is the same as Leonardo’s with the traditional red rock burst in Turtle inspired colors, and the additional illustrations on the front of both He-Man and Leonardo dawning his new MOTU gear as welI. It also has bothe the MOTU and TMNT logos on the front blister bubble. This one is titled ” Donatello Heroic Turtle-At-Arms!”

Below you can see the action features for each figure and both Donatello and Man At Arms have removeable shells, that then become shields that they can then hold in their hands. Also Leonardo’s katana blades can combine and turn into a power sword!

Donatello’s rear artwork features him in his Man At Arms inspired MOTU gear with his large mace battling against Beast Man wearing some sort of mask! Beast Man looks really cool in his Samurai inspired outfit! 2 Eternian planets can been in the background, as well as the entrance to Castle Grayskull!

Donatello looks like a TMNT version of Man-At-Arms and he is clad in purple armor and wields a staff that is shaped like MAA’s mace.

Dontello’s armor is one of my favorites and it really blends the crossover nature of this figure, making it stand out above the rest. The purple color plays very nicely off the green from the figure buck. The armor also has turtle shell detail on the chest armor, which is really pronounced on the protruding armor that covers his throat. The silver detail and molded parts on the armor are very Man-At-Arms as the pieces look bolted on to the chest armor. The forearm and bicep armor are two separate pieces, which also have a turtle shell motif.

The lower leg armor has a turtle shell covering the kneecap that flows into a layered design moving toward the feet. Getting up close and personal with the feet, this is a newly tooled part for the line. Taking a look at the helmet, it appears that this part could come off as it has a tight fit around Donatello’s head. The helmet has all of the MOTU feels, completing the Man-At-Arms style which looks great on this turtle!

Man-At-Arms
The Man At-Arms package features the same artwork as Leonardo and Donatello. This one is titled ” Man at Arms Weapons Masters in a Half Shell” He look really cool on this colorful card back, and he took has some awesome artwork that we only get to see half of!

Here we can see the entire image where Man at Arms is battling against Krang’s Android Body!

Man Art Arms, looks more that an actual Man At Arms figure, but you can see that he has a turtle shell shield and his trusty mace, He is clad in his yellow armor and he looks amazing!!

Getting a closer look at the head sculpt and helmet design, it appears that the helmet could be removable. The helmet also has a samurai feel to it with the black armor coming down and covering his cheeks and the back of his neck. They gave Man-At-Arms a nice thick mustache and his face sculpt came out nicely! In classic Man-At -Arms fashion, he is clad in yellow armor that reminds me of the MOTU Origins release. He also comes with oversized left shoulder armor that have blue metal plates that are the same color as his helmet.

The loin armor is split down each thigh, which does not give any coverage for Man-At-Arms man-bits. The shield has the appearance of a turtle shell and the blue piping around it is a very nice touch!

Mutated He-Man
Lastly we have the packaging and artwork for Mutated He-Man. The packaging for Mutated He-Man looks freaking so cool as since he is a villian, the front illustration are different! Again inspired by the traditional red rock burst packaging of the MOTU Origins line in Turtle inspired colors, but this time there is additional illustrations on the front of both Skeletor and Shredder in his new MOTU gear! He is looking very scary on the artwork and you can see a red Eternian sky behind him!

Here we can see the full artwork with Mutated He-Man and Shredder in the background and it looks like a Shredder Slime pit tease!!

You can see the Slime Pit is Technodrome Shredder inspired with a huge Shredder mask on it!

This is a great close up of Shredder below! Can’t wait to see what his figure looks like!

Shredder looks so cool and here we can see a close of both him and Skeletor, indicating they are coming to the line too!

He-Man has blue translucent skin and armor that is akin to Anti-Eternia armor! It appears like it is some form of a mutated version as the TMNT line there is Mutagen (A.K.A “The Ooze”), which is a chemical substance that comes from Dimension X, and the reason why the Ninja Turtles (and many of their friends and foes) were created into what they are today. He comes with a silver spiked club that is a reuse of Spikor’s MOTU Origins club.

The colors on this figure are so whacky and over the top that and it looks great! He has neon green hair with a black headband and red beady eyes. He has a snarled look on his face and you can see the mutagen running down his neck and into his chest. The chest harness has the classic Masters of the Universe ‘H’ and the coloring is very anti-Eternia! The red spikes are raised and give the armor straps a very cool look that add depth to the design.

The translucent plastic is a fansaticdesign choice as this reminds me of how Mattel designed the Masters of the WWE Universe figure, Faker (aka John Cena…I bet you are humming his entrance music as you are reading this…you are welcome). You can also see the mutagen green infecting the arms and, in the translucent parts, it creates a cool effect! The spiked mace reminds of the weapon that the MOTU character Spikor wields, but without the handle. The wrist cuffs also have very large spikes, which gives the figure a meaner look!
