The box and art reveal and preorder of the MOTU Origins Battle for Eternia 4-Pack, which featured new figures made from mostly reused parts, had an epic battle scene on the box. The set features four new figures from the Horde, Evil Warriors, Heroic Warriors, and the Snake Men. The hi-res art panel shows the Horde Revenant, the Paragon Champion, the Skel-Knight, and the Pit Warden! We love these epic box art scenes, especially on a large canvas like this one! It’s kind of like a Where’s Waldo scene with A LOT going on so you really have to zoom in an hunt for easter eggs. We know that not every easter egg or tease will make it into plastic but with the new Club Grayskull figure subscription, literally anything is possible and there are two figures that fans would LOVE to have in the MOTU Origins line! Zombie He-Man and Skelcon MOTU Origins characters can be found on the box art, but you have to hunt for them.

Zombie Slime Pit He-Man Tease
In one of the art panels that features the Horde Trooper army, you can see Zombie Slime Pit He-Man along side them!

Zombie Slime Pit He-Man Concept
Whether you refer to him as Slime Pit He-Man or Horde Zombie He-Man, this slime green He-Man MOTU Origins figure is seriously awesome. With the Turtles of Grayskull figures using translucent plastic, these types of figures are always a hit.

Mr Home Arcade provides us with a stellar concept that we would definitely love to see in the MOTU Origins line that also pays homage to his mini comic appearance!

This concept, shown below, has a vibrant light green color scheme and he’s dressed in the classic He-Man attire — furry trunks with a belt, a harness, boots, and cuffs and he even wields a green Power Sword! Mattel could easily make this figure as he has always been a simple repaint given the myriad of translucent figures that made it into the Turtles of Grayskull line.

Zombie Slime Pit He-Man is one of those pop culture phenomena, as Slime Pit He-Man was never made into a figure during the original Vintage 1980’s line. As a matter of fact, we finally got Slime Pit He-Man as an official action figure in the Masters of the Universe Classics Line in and as a Power Con Exclusive in 2019 as pictured below.

Slime Pit He-Man has appeared in the Eternia Minis line since and even some creative customizers have also made more vintage style looking Zombie Slime Pit He-Man figures, as shown below. He has always been portrayed in a bright green translucent plastic.

Skelcon Tease
As the Paragon Warrior takes on one-half of the Pit Warden, you can see the skull of a Skelcon by his foot!

Skelcon Concept
The Skelcons were Skeletor’s minions from the UK Ladybird books and had a figure in the MOTU Classics line. They also made an appearance in a DC Mini Comic, specifically in the first issue of the “Fall of Eternia” storyline, which is issue #6 that came with Oo-Larr. We would love to see a MOTU Origins version of the Skelcon and this amazing concept comes from the collection of the one and only Mr. Home Arcade!

The Skelcon was made for the Masterverse line and came with an axe, a spear, a dagger, shield, and some extra hands.

The Skelcon looks amazing posed with his axe ready to throw plus his spear and his dagger in hand!

You can also stwo the axe on his back and his dagger in his sheath!

The hi-res art panel shows the Horde Revenant holding up his staff with the Paragon Champion and the Skel-Knight battling with the Pit Warden!

The individual panels shows all of the details as we can see Skeleton Warriors, Palace Guards, Snake Men, and the Horde Troopers. You can also see Slime Pit He-Man lurking in the background in a cool scene with Sky Sleds overhead! All this takes place in front of Eternos Palace!

We get an up close and personal look at the Horde Revenant, Paragon Champion, the Skel-Knight, and the Pit Warden!

Battle For Eternia 4-Pack Official Images
This Masters of the Universe Battle for Eternia multi-pack presents 4 different factions of Good versus Evil, a thrilling army builder for any Origins collector.

Each figure has a vintage look at 5.5-inch scale, but with the modern posability of 16 movable joints. The Paragon Champion represents the Royal Kingsguard of Eternia. The Skel-Knight is subservient to the Evil Lord of Destruction, Skeletor. The Horde Revenant comes from Hordak’s Oathbreakers. The Pit Warden is a multi-headed menace under the direction of King Hiss.

Here are some close ups of the test shots of The Paragon Champion, Skel-Knight, the Horde Revenant, and the Pit Warden.
