You can see that this version of Cobra Commander is remiscent of the 1992 version in his regal blues with yellowish orange adornments. He comes with the same two typical Coco pistols that the previous releases of Super7 ReAction+ Cobra Commander has come with.

It turns out that sirdork does product photography for Super7 and he filmed his unboxing of a bunch of items he received, so this GI Joe Super7 Skybound Comic Cobra Commander showed up in his box! This Cobra Commander is reminiscent of the 1992 Talking Cobra Commander figure that is dressed in his regal blues with yellow trim accents. The biggest difference is the this version was the Hooded Cobra Commander, where the Super7 is the Chrome Dome.
