Inspector Gadget by Sneak Attack Toys First Look

Go go Gadget arms! Boy are we thrilled to share this one with you today! Huge thanks to @sebastiangomeztoys for posting the digital renders and giving us a closer look at the Inspector Gadget figure from @sneakattacktoys. A painted prototype was shown at San Diego Comic Con this year, and now we get to see the journey from concept render to what will eventually be the final product, and I have to say, this is looking amazing. Inspector Gadget is one of those cartoons that so many of us grew up absolutely loving. I always loved how the show balanced that goofy slapstick energy with genuine spy adventure, and Gadget himself is just such an iconic character. The trench coat, the hat, the endless stream of ridiculous gadgets popping out of every limb. There’s so much potential for accessories here, and it sounds like the team is working on putting together a really cool set of gadgets to go along with the figure. Helicopter blades, binoculars, roller skates, magnifying glass… the possibilities are endless and the fan community is already buzzing with suggestions. I love how Sebastian shared these renders to bring collectors along for the ride from the very early stages of development. It’s super exciting to watch a figure like this come together, especially for a property that hasn’t gotten nearly enough love in the collector space. Seeing Sneak Attack Toys tackle this IP just makes me so happy, and I can’t wait to see what accessories and final details they land on. So let’s take a first look at the Inspector Gadget reveal from Sneak Attack Toys!

As seen at the Bull Airs booth at SDCC 2026, Inspector Gadget is clad in his signature grey trench coat with sculpted double-breasted buttons and a matching belt buckle, and the blue necktie and shirt peek out perfectly beneath the collar. His brown gloves, grey fedora, and slightly oversized shoes nail that cartoon-accurate silhouette, and I like how the proportions lean just enough into stylization to feel true to the source material.

Two additional swap-out heads come with the figure here, and they really show off the range of expression work. One captures a worried, mouth-agape look while the other goes full teeth-clenched frustration, and both nail that exaggerated cartoon energy with those wild, spiky sideburns and beady white eyes.

Here’s a closer look at the back of the figure, and the trench coat sculpt carries through nicely with a clean yoke seam across the upper back and the dark grey belt cinching the waist. Three swap-out head sculpts are shown flanking the figure, each featuring that spiky black hair and fedora from slightly different angles, which should give you some solid display options.

Here are some fun shots of all five views together with his smiling head. What stands out to me is how Sebastian Gomez’s sculpt captures that elongated, slightly goofy facial profile from the side views, with his prominent nose and slack jaw carrying so much of the character’s personality. The trench coat hem hangs just past the knees at a consistent length all the way around, and I’m really digging how the shoulder epaulettes and pocket flaps add just enough surface detail without cluttering the clean cartoon aesthetic.

We also get a full 360-degree turnaround of the digital render, and you can see how the sculpt holds up from every angle, with the trench coat’s lapels, pocket flaps, and button placement all reading consistently as the figure rotates. I noticed that the blue trousers break up the grey beautifully at every view, and those chunky grey shoes have a subtle, cartoonish exaggeration that ties the whole design together.

This turnaround gives you the full picture of how the digital alternate grimacing head sculpt translates across all five views, and one thing I noticed right away is how the trench coat’s silhouette stays true to the cartoon without sacrificing the sense of a functional, articulated figure underneath. It’s worth noting this is still a digital render with licensor approval pending, so the final production piece may shift slightly, but the foundation here from sculptor Sebastian Gomez is incredibly solid.
