Anti Eternia He-Man New Eternia Masterverse Hi-Res Art Reveal
Roy Juarez has revealed the final hi-res art in the New Eternia Masterverse Wave 19 figure assortment and it is Anti-Eternia He-Man, with the stunning artwork brought to life by the talented Simon Eckert. Over the past couple of days we’ve seen a steady rollout of these incredible illustrations, starting with Mantenna and followed by Mosquitor, and now with Anti-Eternia He-Man’s artwork revealed, we can see the complete set of hi-res designs that bring Wave 19 together.

We now have a great look at the New Eternia Masterverse Anti-Eternia He-Man packaging, showing off both the front and back of the box in detail. On the front, the figure is displayed through the window with striking artwork along the left side, featuring Anti-Eternia He-Man facing off against the classic He-Man, which really sets the tone for the dark alternate universe storyline. The character bio reads “Anti-Eternia He-Man seeks the remains of Castle Grayskull to become the most powerful man in the multi-verse,” emphasizing his role as the “Most Evil Man in the Universe.”

The hi-res art for Anti-Eternia He-Man is beautifully integrated into the box design, wrapping around the front and side panels to create a seamless storytelling effect that flows right into the window display. The bold illustration of him locked in combat with He-Man commands the front panel, while the side panel features a striking vertical image that highlights his menacing presence with shield and sword in hand. What’s great is that we also get to see these illustrations pulled out of the packaging context in their original, unboxed form, which allows us to fully appreciate the details, colors, and composition exactly as they were intended by the artist without the constraints of logos, text, or plastic windows.

The artwork captures Anti-Eternia He-Man in a menacing stance, his dark, shadowed skin contrasted by glowing red eyes and a fiery red Power Sword that radiates energy. His armor and straps are rendered in a deep crimson tone, with sharp metallic details that emphasize his sinister look. The shield design is especially striking, featuring a sculpted face with wing-like extensions and an open, screaming mouth motif that enhances the ominous feel. Behind him, a looming visage of Anti-Eternia He-Man’s face fills the backdrop, further amplifying the sense of dread and power.

The full scene is an epic clash between He-Man and his dark counterpart, Anti-Eternia He-Man, set against a fiery and volcanic backdrop on front of Castle Hellskull. He-Man is braced with sword and shield, facing off against Anti-Eternia He-Man, who wields a blazing red Power Sword and raises his arm in defiance beneath a massive stone facade shaped like a demonic visage with gaping fanged jaws. The environment glows with an ominous red light, giving the whole battle an infernal feel, while plumes of smoke and erupting volcanoes rise in the distance. Adding to the intensity, there’s a tease of Anti-Eternia Battle Cat lurking in the background, prowling across the battlefield and hinting that He-Man’s foe won’t be facing him alone in this confrontation.

Anti Eternia He-Man SDCC 2025 Reveal
Anti-Eternia He-Man storms into the New Eternia Masterverse line with a menacing design that pushes the dark multiverse concept to new depths. His jet-black skin and blood-red harness give off an ominous aura, but it’s the accessories that truly steal the show—most notably his bone-white Hellskull helmet, which adds a haunting contrast to the figure’s shadowy palette. Paired with a matching crimson sword and a battle-worn shield featuring a screaming face motif, this figure captures the terrifying essence of an evil He-Man from a cursed dimension. A swappable red hairpiece completes the look, allowing for multiple display options that emphasize the figure’s corrupted legacy.

These close-up shots of the Anti-Eternia He-Man figure reveal a sinister and highly detailed design that draws clear inspiration from the Castle Hellskull concept art. The shield features an eerie, sculpted face with flowing tendrils and skeletal winged accents, bringing a haunting presence that evokes the dark magic of Anti-Eternia. The helmet mirrors this motif with a fang-lined jaw and a pale, expressionless visage atop the head, reinforcing the figure’s dark and cursed aesthetic. Additional gothic flourishes, like the crimson and silver cross chest harness and ornate belt with sculpted skulls, echo the foreboding elements seen in the original concept art, making this one of the most visually intense interpretations of He-Man to date.
