Ice Armor He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor Mondo MOTU 200X Figure Set Official Images and Preorder

Mondo is opening preorders for the limited-edition Masters of the Universe 200X – Ice Armor He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor 1/12 Scale Figure Set on September 11 at noon ET, priced at $225. We previously shared the initial preorder details, and these official images give us a much better look at how far Mondo is pushing the elemental armor concept for both characters. Ice Armor He-Man comes with interchangeable portraits and hands, Ice Fists, Power Sword, shield, battle axe, staff, and a faux fur cape. Fire Armor Skeletor gets his own alternate portraits and hands alongside Fire Hands, two Fire Blades, a Power Sword, and the Havoc Staff. I like that this isn’t simply another He-Man and Skeletor pairing with different colors. The opposing ice and fire designs give the set a strong identity while still leaning into the exaggerated style of the 200X era. We also got an earlier look at the pair among our Mondo SDCC 2026 booth images, but the new photography makes the armor, portraits, and substantial accessory selection easier to appreciate. Mondo has not listed an estimated shipping date with the preorder information provided.

Masters of the Universe 200X – Ice Armor He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor 1/12 Scale Figure Set

The elemental theme carries into every layer of the figures, with Fire Armor Skeletor covered in flame-edged red and gold armor while Ice Armor He-Man combines blue crystal details with a shaggy Faux Fur Cape. Skeletor’s assortment includes the Fire Hands, two Fire Blades, Fire Power Sword, and Fire Havoc Staff, while He-Man gets Ice Fists, an Ice Power Sword, Ice Shield, Ice Battle Axe, and Ice Staff. Alternate portraits and four pairs of hands for each character give the set plenty of display variety without losing the distinct fire-and-ice styling.

The Fire and Ice packaging uses a single wraparound battle scene, splitting He-Man’s icy landscape from Skeletor’s fire-lit terrain at the center seam. I like how the cool greens and whites transition into saturated orange and purple, giving each character a distinct elemental setting while keeping the artwork connected.

At 7.5 inches tall, Ice Armor He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor have enough size to give their layered armor and oversized character-specific gear real presence on the shelf.

Ice Armor He Man and Fire Armor Skeletor MOTU 200X Figure Set 2

Ice Armor He-Man’s asymmetrical shoulder armor is packed with jagged blue ice formations, while the frosted silver chest plate carries a crisp snowflake emblem. I like how the same cold-weather design continues through the fur-trimmed boots and dark claw-like footwear, keeping the elemental theme consistent from top to bottom.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 1

The Angry Portrait gives Ice Armor He-Man a fierce expression through the clenched teeth, narrowed eyes, and tousled blond hair. His Ice Shield and Ice Battle Axe pair jagged blue ice forms with dark mechanical cores, silver hardware, and small orange cable details, a combination that makes the frozen gear feel engineered rather than purely magical.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 2

The Neutral Portrait gives Ice Armor He-Man a more classic, stoic expression, with sharp blue eyes and blond bangs framing the face. His Ice Power Sword carries the theme through a broad pale-blue blade, silver central inlay, and a thin red accent that adds some welcome contrast to the frozen finish.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 3

The Ice Fists use chunky crystalline sculpting with a frosted blue finish, giving the bare-handed option the same elemental treatment as He-Man’s larger gear. His Faux Fur Cape also reveals a broad dark lining beneath the shaggy gray trim, adding a heavier, more substantial look to the cold-weather costume.

Silver-and-charcoal bracers repeat the curved motifs and blue studs found across Ice Armor He-Man’s belt, tying the smaller armor pieces together. The wrapped horn ornament at his hip adds a rugged detail that fits naturally with the cold-weather costume.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 5

A dark cross-body harness gives the snowflake chest plate a layered construction, with pale blue edging and small icy studs separating the armor cleanly from the rest of Ice Armor He-Man’s costume.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 6

A compact dark mechanical assembly rises above the cape, combining overlapping gear shapes and a metallic blue orb with broad cracked ice plates. It extends the engineered-frost styling beyond Ice Armor He-Man’s handheld equipment and into the costume itself.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 7

Stripped of the larger ice armor pieces, Ice Armor He-Man’s base costume centers on a layered charcoal pelt skirt and broad silver-and-blue belt. The rough, uneven fur texture gives this simpler configuration a rugged quality that contrasts nicely with the cleaner metallic trim.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 8

The Neutral Portrait and Angry Portrait share the same tousled blond hair, sharply arched brows, and bright blue eyes, so the change in expression comes entirely through the face sculpt. I like that the clenched mouth, flared nostrils, and deeper creases make the Angry Portrait noticeably more intense without turning it into a completely different likeness.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 9

The four pairs of hands cover closed fists, gripping hands, looser grasping hands, and open palms, giving Ice Armor He-Man a useful range of expression beyond his weapons. The Ice Fists fit over the wrists as jagged blue crystal shells, while the two armored cuffs offer either a large ice spike or a cleaner silver-and-charcoal finish.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 10

Around back, the ice armor assembly reveals a network of brown straps, loops, and silver rivets supporting the chest plate and asymmetrical shoulder armor. The open framework gives a useful sense of how the layered pieces are constructed without repeating the decorative details seen from the front.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 11

The Faux Fur Cape uses an irregular, tapered hem and extra-long gray fibers around the collar, giving it more of a rough hide shape than a neatly tailored superhero cape.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 12

The shield surrounds a dark mechanical hub with thick, cracked ice slabs, carrying the engineered-frost styling into it. Underneath, a raised handle and molded controls give the stand a surprisingly detailed industrial finish.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 13

The shield’s central mechanical assembly spins within the cracked ice rim, turning the layered blue slabs into a circular blur while the outer base stays fixed.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 14

The Ice Staff pairs a long, wood-toned shaft with a broad double-bladed head formed from cracked pale-blue ice. Its side profile reveals how deeply the ice plates sit around the layered mechanical housing, while the metallic blue orb and exposed orange wiring give the piece a distinctly technological center.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 15

The Ice Power Sword’s hilt forms a menacing face, with red eyes beneath a sweeping charcoal guard and hooked ice shapes framing the sides. A silver emblem at the center and the segmented metallic grip give the elaborate design a strong mechanical backbone.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 16

The Ice Staff balances its long, angular spearhead with a smaller tapered ice spike at the opposite end, while the dark wrapped grip gives the unusually tall weapon a rugged center section.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 17

Pale-blue beast emblems and turquoise studs decorate the dark shin guards, while the deeply ridged footwear has a carved, almost stone-like finish that adds another rugged texture to Ice Armor He-Man’s outfit.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 18

The Ice Fist continues into a cage-like forearm guard, where thick charcoal bands frame silver panels and several pale-blue studs. Long ice spikes beneath the cuff give the armor a sharper, more aggressive profile than the cleaner bracer option.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 19

Layered plates and raised curling white motifs give Ice Armor He-Man’s shoulder guard an ornate forged-metal quality, with blue crystals erupting along its outer edge.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 20

The broad Ice Shield and double-headed Ice Staff share circular mechanical motifs and fractured ice edging, giving Ice Armor He-Man’s oversized equipment a cohesive look.

Ice Armor He Man Mondo MOTU 200X Figure 21

Silver scuffing across the metallic blue armor trim gives the clean, geometric plates a worn finish that suits Ice Armor He-Man’s rugged cold-weather gear.

Fire Armor Skeletor

We can see Skeletor’s familiar toothy grin with a horned, flame-crested helmet, while skulls worked into the shoulder armor reinforce the bone-and-fire theme. Both the Fire Havoc Staff and Fire Power Sword use amber-orange blades around skeletal centerpieces, with the staff’s horned skull topper and the sword’s ram-like hilt giving each weapon its own character.

Below the elaborate upper armor, Fire Armor Skeletor’s layered maroon skirt panels and dark shin guards keep the costume grounded with rough, worn textures and restrained gold trim. The paired Fire Blades use long hooked profiles and amber-orange finishes, echoing the flames curling from his armor without copying the more skeletal designs of his other weapons.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP007

The Fire Hands replace Skeletor’s usual bony fingers with curling amber-orange flames that continue past the wrists, making the elemental effect feel fully integrated rather than added on. Glossy crimson chest armor frames stacked silver plates and a jagged bone-like collar, giving the torso a strong mix of heat, metal, and skeletal detail.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP014

The Yellow Portrait uses vivid yellow-green paint around deep black eye sockets and a silver lower jaw, making Skeletor’s grin especially sharp beneath the dark metallic helmet trim. Lower down, a snarling gold face decorates the purple belt panel, adding another skeletal ornament between the ribbed torso plates and layered skirt.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP016

The armor’s asymmetry works especially well, with a bright flame-crested shin guard and forearm plate offset by darker maroon armor on the opposite limbs. Exposed blue skin between those layered pieces keeps Fire Armor Skeletor recognizable beneath all the red, gold, and silver ornamentation.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP018

The Bone Portrait trades the vivid yellow-green face for a pale skull with deep black sockets, a sharply cut nasal cavity, and individually defined teeth. Subtle gray shading gives the bone sculpt an aged finish, while the gold jaw guard extends into long cheek spikes that frame the face beneath the red helmet.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP023

Layered crimson helmet plates frame the Yellow Portrait tightly, with bronze side horns and a raised central ridge giving the headgear the same sharp, flame-shaped geometry as the surrounding armor.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP024

Tall amber-orange flame fins rise behind the shoulders and helmet, extending the fire theme well beyond Skeletor’s layered armor. The Fire Havoc Staff adds a long dark shaft with bronze collars and a pointed end cap, while the Fire Power Sword uses a split pale blade edged in gold for a brighter contrast against the darker costume.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP028

The Yellow Portrait’s tiny red pupils give the deep sockets an especially sinister expression, while the open mouth exposes a green tongue behind the silver teeth. In profile, both portraits have broad, elongated craniums and deeply recessed jaw openings that keep the skulls from feeling like flat mask sculpts.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP039

Without either portrait, the helmet reveals a deep open shell surrounded by layered ruby-red armor and amber inserts, with gold trim defining the face opening. Around back, a matte black crown and ribbed purple lower band provide a surprisingly restrained contrast to the glossy outer plates.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP040

The hand assortment covers clenched fists, gripping hands, open clawed palms, and the curling Fire Hands, with purple nails keeping the blue options tied to Skeletor’s usual color scheme. Separate forearm armor pieces reveal metallic purple panels beneath the amber-orange flames, framed by glossy red edges and black inner sections.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP041

Closer inspection of the two Fire Blades reveals bronze inset panels with small rivet details running through the amber-orange heads. Red trim at the base transitions into segmented bronze collars, long black grips, and pointed end caps, giving the pair a more finished look from top to bottom.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP042

The Fire Havoc Staff centers on an elongated bronze skull with pronounced brow ridges, a narrow snout, and small tusks along the jaw. Broad amber-orange flame blades branch outward on both sides, while recessed flame motifs decorate the bronze collar beneath the skull.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP043

The Fire Power Sword is presented in single- and double-bladed configurations, with the amber-orange blades seated inside a broad horned guard. Bronze and metallic purple hilt treatments offer two distinct looks, while the dangling skull and claw ornaments give the long wrapped grips an unusual finishing detail.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP044

Using both Fire Blades as the main loadout gives Fire Armor Skeletor a cohesive full-figure configuration, with their sweeping amber-orange shapes repeating the flame crests across his armor.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP045

One bare blue foot with broad toes and purple claws provides a simple character-specific contrast to the heavily armored opposite leg.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP046

Craggy gold faces cap both knees, bridging the layered skirt and mshin armor with another bit of skeletal ornamentation.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP047

Around back, a column of purple scale-textured armor runs from the helmet to the waist, bordered by bronze plates that give the layered costume a strong central structure. The two Fire Blades sit vertically against the back, with their sweeping amber-orange tips extending well above the flame-crested helmet.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP048

Pairing one Fire Blade with the Fire Power Sword creates a more varied loadout, contrasting the blade’s hooked flame profile with the sword’s straighter pale-orange edge and broad bronze guard.

Mondo.MOTUFEST.FireandIce PP049

The helmet’s central flame fades from deep amber at the base to a smoky pale tip, a subtle gradient that gives Fire Armor Skeletor’s elemental crest more depth than a single-color effect would have.
