Doll Haus Of Dread Friday the 13th Jason Collector Doll
Jason comes packaged in a blood-spattered Camp Crystal Lake outfit, with the cropped shirt and matching sign making the Friday the 13th setting unmistakable. The removable white hockey mask and bloodied blade are displayed alongside the doll, while the long brown hair gives this take on Jason a completely different look.
The heavy black liner around Jason’s visible eyes is a great touch, especially against the long pointed nails and tan heeled boots. Her fabric pants use mismatched brown panels and stitched patches for a rough, pieced-together look.
Jason’s mask has sharp red markings around the eye openings, rows of small ventilation holes, and chunky gray fasteners around the edge.
Jason’s sharply arched brows and dark brown lipstick give her a surprisingly polished expression.
Doll Haus of Dread Saw Collector Doll
Saw comes dressed in a black pinstriped suit with a white vest, bright red bow tie and matching shoes. The pale face, red cheek spirals and painted mouth immediately evoke the puppet look, while the package surrounds her with oversized saw-blade shapes and more red spiral graphics.
Saw carries a tiny red-and-black tricycle on a chain, a wonderfully ridiculous little extra. The cropped jacket opens into long pointed tails with red striped lining, while matching red inserts flare from the trouser legs.
Saw’s red-ringed eyes have tiny layered highlights and smoky black makeup, giving the face an eerily lifelike stare.
Saw’s red shoes are covered in molded spiral patterns, but the silver saw-blade heels are the wonderfully over-the-top detail that makes them.
Beast Kingdom Warner Bros Action Figure DC Comics Superman Blackest Night
Superman’s skeletal head sculpt is the real standout, with exposed teeth, sunken red eyes and decayed flesh that continues down both arms. The silver trim and oversized chest emblem look especially stark against the black suit, while the gray cape completes his grim Blackest Night appearance.
Superman’s suit has a heavily armored build, with raised shoulder plates, thick forearm guards and tall boots, while the large triangular belt buckle continues the sharp shapes used across the armor.
Superman measures 20.5 cm tall.
Superman’s black suit is covered with sculpted creases and rough texturing across the torso and legs, keeping the large areas of black from looking flat.
Superman’s outstretched hands have long, dirty fingernails and darkened fingertips, extending the undead detail right down to the fingers.
Beyblade X TT Import Left-Spin String Deluxe Launcher Set with Red Left Spin Top Toy
The package artwork shows the Beyblade X Cobalt Dragoon 2-60C BX Attack Type Left-Spin top crashing into another top amid red speed streaks, giving the front some real energy. Smaller illustrations also show the original red colored top alongside the Deluxe Left-Spin String Launcher, with the gold “Limited” badge calling out the special release.
The back explains how Cobalt Dragoon 2-60C’s left-spin movement runs opposite to a right-spin top, including a head-on collision diagram showing how that changes an attack. It also breaks the top into its interchangeable blade, ratchet and bit layers, with the Deluxe Left-Spin String Launcher included in the contents list.
One practical requirement is made clear here: Cobalt Dragoon requires a Beystadium, and the warning specifies pairing Beyblade X tops with a Beyblade X Beystadium.
The back of the box clarify that left-spin blades only work with left-spin launchers, while the ratchet and bit layers can be used with both right-spin and left-spin blades. Cobalt Dragoon 2-60C loads into the Deluxe Left-Spin String Launcher with a right-hand twist.
Cobalt Dragoon’s glossy black blade curls around a translucent red center and gold ring, with small red points breaking through the outer edge. The Deluxe Left-Spin String Launcher has a chunky black shell with angular molded panels and a red-and-black pull handle.
Cobalt Dragoon’s center emblem features a sharp dragon-head illustration in black, gray and red against a yellow background.
Separated into its three layers, Cobalt Dragoon has a translucent red ratchet with a clear inner ring and a red bit capped by a deeply ridged black tip.
Here’s a closer look at Cobalt Dragoon alongside the Deluxe Left-Spin String Launcher. Both use a predominantly black and red color scheme, while Cobalt Dragoon adds gold detailing around its center emblem.
Boss Fight Studio Immortal Champions Limited Edition Green Glow Skeletal Guardian Action Figure – Highly Articulated Glow in the Dark Skeleton Collectible Figurine with Accessories – 5.5” Scale
The Skeletal Guardian comes as a bright green glow-in-the-dark skeleton with a wonderfully over-the-top set of purple gear. The horned helmet is covered in sculpted scrollwork, while the broad sword and round shield carry matching spikes, studs and demonic face details.
The Skeletal Guardian has a surprisingly detailed anatomy sculpt, right down to the individual ribs, vertebrae, pelvis and separate bones in the lower arms and legs.
The helmet drops low over the Skeletal Guardian’s brow, with long cheek guards framing the grinning green skull beneath it.
The Skeletal Guardian’s green glow-in-the-dark appearance lights up the entire skeleton, while the dark purple helmet, sword and shield stay nearly black against it.
Doll Haus of Dread Scream Limited Edition Bling Ghostface Collector Doll
Ghostface gets a horror-fashion makeover with a blonde bob, dramatic makeup and a shredded black robe streaked with red. The silver-studded mask earns the Bling name, while the glittery splatter border and smaller red mask make the whole package wonderfully over the top.
Ghostface’s narrow studded belt has a silver skull buckle, while the robe’s high split reveals a fishnet stocking and chunky platform boots wrapped in silver straps.
The display stand continues the horror theme with a dark base.
Ghostface’s oversized black gloves end in long, pointed fingertips, adding another monster-like detail beneath all that shredded fabric.
Ghostface’s boots carry the detail right down to tiny sculpted buckles and stitched seams around the ankle and toe.
G.I. Joe ReAction+ Figures 250th Wave 2
Here’s a look at all four cards from the 250th wave, featuring Wild Bill, Flash, Snake Eyes and Chuckles. I really like the artwork across this wave, especially the red-and-blue Snake Eyes illustration, which gives him a very different look from the black we normally associate with the character.
Snake Eyes’ clip-and-save file card identifies him as a commando and hand-to-hand combat instructor trained in 12 fighting systems, edged weapons and several forms of survival. The cross-sell also shows Lady Jaye, Duke, Falcon, Chuckles, Wild Bill, Flash and a second camouflaged Snake Eyes.
Snake Eyes has a layered gear sculpt with a shoulder harness, broad arm bands, ribbed belt and a holster strapped to his thigh. I really like the clear star-shaped display stand with the raised G.I. Joe logo.
THE COUNTDOWN IS ON: STREET FIGHTER MOVIE FIGURES COMING SOON
Walmart is teasing several upcoming figures from the new Street Fighter movie without revealing who they are just yet. Each figure is completely blacked out, leaving only their silhouettes and a few recognizable details as clues. Between the different builds, clothing and some very distinctive shapes, there’s plenty here for Street Fighter fans to speculate about while we wait for the full reveal.
Transformers Toys Retro G1-Inspired Decepticon Bug Bite 4-inch Action Figure, 8+
Bug Bite gets a wonderfully old-school card, with painted artwork showing both his white robot and compact car forms against the familiar purple grid.
The retro presentation continues with a sprawling space battle between Autobot and Decepticon forces, packed with laser fire, explosions and transforming spacecraft. Bug Bite’s tech specs identify him as an operations commander with the wonderfully sinister motto, “Your mind is mine for the taking.”
Bug Bite’s head sculpt has a chunky horned helmet, narrow red eyes and a sharply molded silver face. The car’s windshield forms his chest, while the rounded headlights and bumpers become his oversized feet.
Bug Bite’s chunky silver blaster has a ribbed body, squared sight and long tapered barrel that fits the figure’s blocky G1 styling.
Bug Bite’s white car panels sit over a mostly black inner robot, with the exposed upper arms, thighs and joints giving him a nicely mechanical build.
Bug Bite’s car mode has wonderfully chunky proportions, with curved fenders, round headlights and heavy black bumpers. The black windows and tires contrast sharply with the white body, while silver hubcaps and red taillights finish the old-school look.
WWE SNME Big Boss Man Elite Action Figure, 6-inch Collectible Set with Articulation & Accessories (Styles May Vary)
Big Boss Man comes on a Saturday Night’s Main Event card dominated by a large smiling portrait, while the blister presents him in his blue shirt and black jacket with a nightstick and handcuffs.
Big Boss Man’s smiling head sculpt has closely cropped hair and a neatly painted goatee, with chest hair visible beneath the open collar. Yellow piping and a black shoulder strap add some welcome detail to the uniform.
Big Boss Man’s sleeves carry yellow-and-black chevrons and a shield-shaped patch, adding some nice detail to the uniform. His nightstick has a smooth main shaft with a ribbed side handle.
Big Boss Man’s black pants have bright yellow stripes running down the outer legs, along with sculpted folds around the knees and cuffs above his polished black shoes.
Big Boss Man’s black jacket has a pebbled texture that gives it a convincing leather-like appearance, with oversized lapels and a loose fit over his blue uniform shirt. I really like how the jacket changes the overall look of the figure and gives us another way to display him.
Big Boss Man’s shoulder strap runs diagonally across his back and disappears beneath the belt, while the handcuffs have oversized oval cuffs joined by a chunky twisted chain.
YuMe Marvel Zombies Iron Man Cosbaby Bobble-Head Collectible Figure
Iron Man’s rust-stained armor is torn away across half of his helmet, exposing a grinning skull beneath the metal shell. The cracked arc reactor, exposed midsection and bright green slime dripping from his jaw and waist make this wonderfully gruesome even with the oversized bobble-head proportions.
A detached armored hand rises from a puddle of bright green slime, matching the mangled stump at the end of Iron Man’s arm.
Iron Man’s remaining armored hand has a circular white palm panel, surrounded by grimy, heavily scuffed fingers.
