These soft goods are teasers for upcoming figures with some telltale signs that can be traced back to outfits that wrestlers have worn. One thing to note, the Mattel rep said that some of the soft goods in this case could be used for other lines so please take that into account. Based on the outfits in the display case, we could see 5 figures: The Iron Sheik, Otis, a Hulk Hogan variant, an Ultimate Warrior variant, and William “The Refrigerator” Perry. Before we dive in, I wanted to give a special shoutout to Charlie_5.5 (aka Carlos who also runs the MOTU Origins and WWE Superstars Facebook Group) for helping me connect the dots as to which soft goods belongs to whom.

  1. Hello. I think Perry only competed in the WrestleMania 2 battle royal, then was inducted into the Hall of Fame years later. https://www.wwe.com/superstars/williamperry1
Bam Bam faced Lawrence Taylor at WrestleMania 11, not sure who the athletes are in the other events listed.
I like this line, and hope we get more new figures, not just more Hogan and Warriors.
