Bald head, handlebar mustache, monocle and all, Dr.Mindbender’s head sculpt is a stunning tribute to his vintage counterpart. He has very bushy eyebrows and piercing brown eyes. His removeable monocle is a very nice touch by Hasbro well done! Hopefully that isn’t a piece that get’s lost easily! Gotta love that huge stache!!

Dr. Mindbender’s chest sculpt is very detailed as he is extremely ripped with a six pack of abs! He is totally shirtless as was his vintage figure, except for the two silver colored rivot studded suspenders that are connected to his belt silver buckle.

Back

He is shirtless, so his back is a bare flesh tone, but he is wearing his signature black soft goods cape! His cape is made of a pleather like material. One unfortunate thing I think we are all missing is his signature silver Cobra symbol on the back of his cape. It would have been a nice touch for Hasbro to include this, but they did not.

Dr. Mindbender has some guns when it comes to his ripped biceps! His arms are bare, and he is wearing purple bicep wraps and purple wrist bracers. They have a very detailed design and include silver studded accents. He also has on black gloves that have a very cool leather like texture.

On the front of Dr. Mindbender’s waits, he is wearing a black belt with a pistol holster connected on his right leg. He also has a large belt buckle where his silver chest suspenders attach to. That is all connected to a silver crotch piece. (Yes I said crotch!)

On the back of his waist, you can see his black belt that wraps around and is simply the back side of his purple pants.

Legs

Dr. Mindbender is wearing purple pants and he has on very tall black boots that have a nice leather like texture and a little silver buckles on them. This was a very nice added detail. On his right leg, he has a black rifle holster that also has a nice black leather like texture as well.

Dr. Mindbender comes packed with some amazingly detailed and diabolical accessories.

Electric prod and generator

Just like the vintage Dr. Mindbender figure, this GI Joe Classified version includes his signature vintage electric prod and generator. The end of the prod is painted in a silver color and the rest is made of black plastic. It has a very similar shape to that of the vintage accessory and includes a handle and a wire coming off the end of the prod which you can attach to the small black generator device. The generator, unlike the larger rectangular vintage version is now a cylindrical shape and has some nice details sculpted into it. He also includes a second electric prod that has a more detailed and modern design.

Pistol & Syringe Gun

Dr. Mindbender includes a standard pistol that holsters on his right leg and he also includes a syringe gun which is a fun accessory for diorama shots!

Glove

The gray colored glove that Dr. Mindbender includes looks to have a boney hand in it, and it looks like it is grasping for help. There is also a black cable molded onto it as well. I wonder who’s hand this is supposed to be?? You can also peg the glove into the larger of the two scientific containers. It looks very cool under the red translucent plastic.

Red Glass Scientific Containers

This set includes 2 containers, one tall and one short, that have translucent red plastic lids that look like scientific glass containers. Each of the lids lift off and you can peg the brain and the glove into each of them. These make great display pieces for your mad scientist laboratory scene!

Syringes

You get 4 small syringes with this set. Dr Mindbender can hold them in his hand or you can place them on the perimeter of the small container so he can hold it and it looks like you are injecting something into the brain!

Brain & Skull

There is a brain accessory piece that you can display in one of those translucent red scientific containers. You can also take the brain and place it in the skull as well .

Dr. Mindbender also includes a skull. The skull looks to have a hole cracked open on the top as if someone extracted the brain out of it…. which is kind of disturbing if you ask me, considering he also comes with a loose brain accessory. But I guess this goes with the whole mad scientist theme so who I’m I to judge?
