GI Joe Classified Series April 2025 Preorders and Official Images

The GI Joe team unveiled its latest wave of GI Joe Classified Series figures in digital render form! They announced on their GI Joe Instagram page, “Greetings, citizenssss. The Year of the Snake just keeps slithering along with a new wave of G.I. Joe Classified figures dominated by Cobra naturally. The newesssst member of the winning team.” The line up includes, Snake Eyes v4, Monkeywrench, Battle Armor Cobra Commander, Major Bludd, and the Cobra CLAW! Preorders will drop April 15, 2025, which lines up with a tease found on Entertainment Earth’s drop zone! We were able to discover the Amazon listings ahead of the preorder time/date, which you can find here!

Battle Armor Cobra Commander
Battle Armor Cobra Commander comes with an alternate head sculpt, his classic backpack, firearm, a pet Iguana, and extra hands. Here is his official description:

He comes packed to the gills as his window display shows off all of his weapons and accessories. The back of the box features Cobra Commander with the iguana by his side.
This version of Cobra Commander came out great and really leans into his vintage figure feels!

The GI Joe Classified Series team is killing it with the pets and the Iguana came out amazing in this close up shot of him basking in the sun on a rock.

Battle Armor Cobra Commander
They also added, from their Instagram post, “Saving the best for last of course, you get me, Cobra Commander with Combat Armor. This ssssinister figure of yours truly includes alternate versions of my striking visage as well as my precious pet iguana Sssserpentor. Maybe you’ve heard of him?”
Snake Eyes v4
Snake Eyes v4 comes with two swords, his gun, backpack, and grappling hook! Here is his official description:
- CLASSIC VERSION 4 SNAKE EYES-INSPIRED DESIGN: Features a classic design updated to bring the G.I. Joe Commando into the modern era and 7 accessory pieces inspired by the character’s rich history

The figure is surrounded by his weapons and accessories and the back of the box features Snake Eyes in a mountain scene with Cobra FANG’s descending on him.
Snake Eyes is posed with his sword in hand and gun in the other as he is ready to take on Cobra!

Snake Eyes’ packout lends itself to this mountain scene. He is ready to change his magazine as he is always armed and dangerous.
The grappling hook makes a fun accessory as you can see him scaling the side of cliff with weapons in hand.
His swords are full of fresh blood as he waits for this next “challenge” in the mountains.
We recently were treated to the digital render for Snake Eyes v4 and this part of the latest GI Joe Classfiied Series March 2025 FanStream. He was officially revealed by thegreattonino, “Snake Eyes is always a welcome addition to my GIJ shelf. This v4 was such an awesome departure from his all black looks too. This guys got a whole lotta nostalgia for me.” They also said on their Instagram post, “For you foolish fans of your average Joes, here’ssss a reminder there’s a token Sssnake Eyes in his blue commando togssss. Buy him if you must.”
Major Bludd
This version of Major Bludd looks very similar to his Cobra Island release and even comes with the same packout, which includes his dog tags, helmet, backpack, and array of weapons.
He is packed without his helmet on and he features a cool scene with flames in the background and cool shot of the SNAKE Armor.
With the red accents on Major Bludd’s design, it really brings out the details!

The details on Major Bludd really stand out in this repaint! He has a different buck that hides his pins so that is definitely an upgrade.
He looks great with his helmet on and armed to the teeth!
Major Bludd is always looking for next victim maybe Snake Eyes and him will “run” into each other.

They also added, from their Instagram post, “My subordinates are always sssseeking to improve themselves to curry my favor as evidenced by the return of my favorite mercenary Major Bludd, now with pinlessss arms and legs.”
Monkey Wrench
Monkeywrench comes with a plethora of weapons, s scarf, and an extra head sculpt.
Like Cobra Commander, he is packed to the gills with his weapons and accessories surrounding him. Looks like Monekywrench is coming fresh off of Cold Slither practice as he looks like he is in a garage with a drum set, amp, and mic in the background.
This figure is the standout in the bunch as the face sculpt came out amazing and the overall look and feel of the figure is awesome!

Monkeywrench is the standout figure in the wave and his dio shots show off all of his details, weapons, and accessories.
There are so many ways to pose this figure with his massive packout and he looks equally good with his bandana around his face.
His gas mask face is freakin awesome and he looks great with posed with this two axes ready for action!

They also added, from their Instagram post, “The newesssst member of the winning team: Dreadnok Monkeywrench demonstrated he’s the type of scum that rises to the top in joining Zartan’s Band of Viperssss. He comes equipped with his ssssignature trident harpoon and more for doing unprovoked mayhem.”
Cobra CLAW
The Cobra CLAW will also be a part of this wave! They also added, from their Instagram post, “And don’t forget about our Cobra C.L.A.W. glider with Cobra Pilot which is perfect for prison escapes or ssssilent interludes. It’s truly a stupendous day for Cobra, don’t you agree? Join usssss on April 15th to increase your Cobra Ranks!
The Cobra CLAW was an amazing surprise! Per @thefullforcepodcast this will be a Pulse Exclusive. Per @atoykindamood ‘s interview at SDCC with Lenny and Tony, this will be pretty wide with a large wingspan. I love the packaging for this one as it looks amazing and you can see what looks like the Rattlor in the background.

The Cobra Claw pilot looks amazing, and comes with 2 alternate heads .
Here you can see the entire pack out for the Cobra Claw. You can see with the alternate heads and helmets you can army build this and make each of the figures look different.
New York Toy Fair Reveal
The Cobra CLAW was on display in the Hasbro Booth at New York Toy Fair 2025.
Digital render reveals for the CLAW are below . Showing the CLAW with a trooper strapped to it, you can get a sense of how large this small form factor vehicle will be!
Love this promo shot for the CLAW and a pipe dream would to actually get a Classified scale GI Joe base.
