During the GI Joe Classified Series panel during New York Comic Con 2024, we saw offiicial digital renders of the Legacy Firefighter and Footloose, along with the reveal and digital render of the Cobra Defense Perimeter with Trench Viper. We also some more official images of Heavy Duty. Since NYCC 2024, Heavy Duty and Cobra Defense Perimeter with Trench Viper have gone up for preorder but we had yet to see any official images of the rest of the figures. Better yet, this week, a gaggle of leaked images surfaced on Instagram and Facebook and we wanted to thank gijoe_forever and thefullforcepodcast for posting images so everyone can enjoy the GI Joe Classified Series NYCC 2024 leaked production images as we will probably have a long lead time on these figures.
Legacy Firefighter
Revealed at NYCC 2024 as a digital render, the Legacy Firefighter is looking great as we see his production figure with his light skinned head sculpt. His firefighter uniform is a classic black with neon green accents with some silver paint apps! We don’t get to see what his accessories look like they are a mishmash of reused and new parts.

Here is the official digital render reveal posted by thegreattonino! He posted on his Instagram: “GI Joe Classified Legacy Collection Fireman! Last render reveal from NYCC. Very excited to bring the longstanding GI Joe tradition of honoring the brave heroes through detailed action figures. Design and Sculpting went all in on this guys load out to make sure our fireman has the right tools for the job.”

Trech Viper
The Trench Viper is looking awesome with this digital camouflage in blues and blacks. A total repaint of previous Alley Vipers, the dark color scheme really plays well on the figure! The Cobra Defense Perimeter with Trench Viper has gone up for preorder already, along with Heavy Duty but it is cool to see what the figure looks like in-hand.

Heavy Duty
Heavy Duty looks great all geared up with his rocket launcher mech suit! His head sculpt and figure came out really well and the neon green baseball cap really pops. You can see the cool details on the front plate of the rocket launch assembly as there is a bunch of scoring on it and the back of the assembly has a computer readout on it.

From the sides, you can see how he grasps the controller and how the suit fits over his body.

Heavy Duty has already gone up for preorder (along with the Trench Viper) so we already got to see some official images of the figure. He is pictured with his baseball hat backwards head sculpts, which was how the vintage figure was designed so it is nice to see that element retained in his figure design. The dio shot shows Heavy Duty running with his rocket launchers as he gets into position to deliver the payload. There is also an articulated site that can maneuver over his eye, which will make a very cool way to display this figure!

Up close we can see the lime green rockets, which pay homage to his vintage figure loadoout, and how they look with the blast effects as they are exiting the shoulder mounted rocket launcher. The launcher is very versatile as it can mount on his shoulder or be positioned below as Heavy Duty grabs the controls! His chest plate from his mechsuit is scarred and pitted with bullet holes, giving it a realistic affect.

He is pictured with his alternate head sculpt without his baseball cap as he is looking at his time piece as he gets ready ready to deploy the payload! The side mounted rocket luanchers can detach and he can carry one of them and position it on his shoulder! He also comes with headphones to give his hatless head sculpt some more options to work with!

Footloose
Footloose is coming along very nicely as you can see his full array of weapons and accessories. The camouflage came out spectacular and they stayed true to his digital render.

Here are some close ups of the camo and web gear, although we can’t wait to see how his head sculpt turned out!

Here is the official digital render reveal posted by thegreattonino! He posted on his Instagram: “Another reveal from NYCC this weekend. I’m always a fan of the figures that have multicolor camouflage and footloose is no exception. Great to get another awesome Team Joe character in the line.”
