Keldor MOTU 200x Mondo Twelfth Scale SDCC 2026 Preorder Information
We shared details on Mondo’s SDCC 2026 plans for Masters of the Universe not long ago when we covered the Flocked Panthor and Keldor reveals, and now the full preorder information for the 200X Keldor 1/12 scale figure has surfaced on Mondo’s site, giving collectors everything they need to plan ahead. Mondo hasn’t put out an official announcement post about Keldor’s availability just yet, but based on the listing going live alongside their other SDCC drops, we’re guessing this Timed Edition will be available for preorder online Wednesday, July 22 at 10 AM CT at MondoShop.com, as well as at the Mondo SDCC booth in Hall G, #5137. Priced at $115 with an estimated ship date of October 2026, this one lands in that sweet spot where the price feels justified by what you’re getting, because Mondo packed this release. Standing 7.5 inches tall, Keldor comes loaded with four swappable portraits that cover a fantastic range of expressions, from a standard calm look to angry, snarky, and the melting transformation that 200X fans will immediately recognize as one of the most iconic moments in that entire series. The accessories are equally well considered, with the Havoc Staff, a double blade sword, the acid vial that ties directly into that origin scene, a fabric cape, three sets of interchangeable hands, and a figure stand all included. The fact that this is a Timed Edition rather than a limited run should ease some of the pressure collectors usually feel around SDCC exclusives, since it means anyone who orders within the window should be able to secure one without fighting bots or refreshing a sold-out page. Mondo continues to treat the 200X corner of the MOTU universe with the kind of reverence it deserves, and Keldor in particular feels like a character who was made for this level of detail and craftsmanship. Keep an eye on Mondo’s socials for official confirmation of the preorder timing, and we’ll update if anything changes.

Masters of the Universe 200X – Keldor 1/12 Scale Figure – Timed Edition
The full accessory spread here is impressive: four swappable portraits including the melting face with flame effects, three sets of interchangeable hands, the Havoc Staff topped with a ram skull, the Double Blade Sword, a secondary sword with an ornate crossguard, and an acid vial. The soft goods cape has real heft to it, draping over the shoulder armor and falling past the knees with a natural fabric weight.

Keldor is loaded with sculpted detail from head to toe, with purple armor plating layered over blue skin, a chest harness featuring a central red gem, and an ornate belt with medallion-like accents. He’s carrying a sword in each hand, one being the Double Blade Sword, and the armor has gold trim running through the bracers, knee guards, and shoulder spikes.

A hand holds Keldor to show scale, and the figure has real presence at this size, with all that layered armor detail reading cleanly. The sculpted demon face on the belt buckle and the spiked kneecap guards are the kind of small touches that stand out when you can get a closer look at the proportions.

Keldor’s snarky portrait is on full display here, with a smug grin and a goatee that nails the 200X design. The slicked-back hair with those jagged bangs framing the forehead is a nice character-specific touch.

Keldor carries the Havoc Staff with its coiled ram skull topper, and the soft goods cape flows behind him with a convincing fabric drape. The angry portrait is swapped in here, with bared teeth and a furrowed brow that gives a totally different energy from the snarky head shown earlier.

The staff’s ram skull has deeply carved horns with a weathered, bone-like texture, and the coiled shaft beneath it has layered ridged detail that gives the whole piece a substantial feel. A purple soft goods cape drapes from the shoulder armor, which features spiked tips and a segmented plate construction across the upper chest.

Keldor holds the acid vial, a small flask topped with a skull stopper, while the Double Blade Sword rides behind his back. The greaves have flame-shaped accents running along the shins, and the pointed, curled toe boots are a faithful 200X design detail.

Keldor’s full armor loadout is on display here, with the Havoc Staff in hand and the soft goods cape catching some real movement. That head sculpt is really solid, and the bone-like ram skull topper on the staff pairs well with the ornate, riveted shoulder plates framing the angry portrait.

The melting portrait is a gruesome piece of work, with half the face stripped down to raw, exposed tissue and a gaping mouth full of fanged teeth. Yellow flame effects engulf the top of the skull, wrapping around the horns of his helmet and selling that iconic acid-scarred transformation moment.

Up close, the angry portrait has sharp, defined brow lines and individually sculpted teeth clenched in a grimace, with green eyes that pop against the blue skin tone. The slicked-back hair has deep comb lines carved into the sculpt, flowing back past pointed ears that are a nice nod to his half-Gar heritage.

The melting portrait gets even more unsettling up close, with the acid-eaten half showing a hollowed eye socket with a single red pinpoint eye and exposed jawbone separating from the flesh side. The blood-streaked human half still has a functioning red eye wide with agony, and those yellow flame effects crown the whole nightmare with a bubbling, organic texture that wraps irregularly around the scalp.

The close-up of the melting portrait from below really shows the depth of the sculpted gore on the underside of the jaw, where exposed tissue meets the chest armor’s collar. Those yellow flame effects have an uneven, organic spread that wraps differently from every angle, and the red pinpoint eye buried in that hollowed socket is genuinely unsettling.

That snarky portrait up close has an incredible amount of character packed into the face, with the handlebar mustache curving sharply at the tips and the goatee sculpted in individual jagged tufts along the chin. The arched eyebrows and narrowed green eyes sell the cocky, scheming personality perfectly for a pre-Skeletor Keldor.

The acid vial gets a great close-up here, with the skull stopper featuring tiny sculpted teeth and hollow eye sockets, while the flask body has a tapered shape with flame-like texturing creeping up from the base. The bracer wrapping the wrist has riveted straps and layered plate construction that holds up beautifully at this magnification.

The Havoc Staff’ is the star of this close-up, with those massive curling horns showing deep ridged grooves along their length and a weathered bone texture across the snout, right down to the row of small teeth lining the upper jaw. The turned spindle sections of the shaft have a carved, almost wooden quality to them.

Four acid vials shown from different angles, each featuring a skull stopper at the top and a caged flask design with vertical bars running along the body. The sculpted detail varies around the circumference, with a clawed hand motif on one side and smooth panels between the bars on the other.

The soft goods cape shown from behind has a deep purple fabric with a gathered neckline and a full, floor-length cut that drapes with natural folds and real weight. The inner lining has a darker, slightly textured weave that contrasts with the smoother outer layer.

Keldor’s blue skin has a smooth, glossy finish across the torso, and the dark fur loincloth has a soft, fibrous texture that reads as real material rather than sculpted plastic. The purple collar piece sits snug against the base of the neck, framing the snarky portrait and its wide, teeth-baring grin.

Keldor cuts an imposing figure with that deep purple soft goods cape sweeping wide, the ram skull topper of the Havoc Staff rising well above his head. The layered leg armor, from the spiked knee guards down to those curled-toe boots, has a satisfying level of sculpted complexity for a 1/12 scale piece.

The close-up shows the chest harness’s central red gem set into a ringed bezel, flanked by rows of orange rivets dotting each segmented plate of the shoulder armor. The gold bone-chain trim lining the harness edge has individually sculpted links that give it an organic, almost skeletal quality.

Keldor’s full figure with the Havoc Staff and flowing cape shows just how much presence this 1/12 scale piece carries, with every layer of armor and trim accounted for. The pointed boots, segmented greaves, and spiked shoulder plates all work together to sell the 200X aesthetic without feeling cluttered.

The ram skull topper on the Havoc Staff dominates the frame here, with those curling horns sweeping wide and the bone texture on the snout showing every crack and pit in the sculpt. Keldor’s armor below is a dense mix of purple plating, gold chain trim, and riveted accents across the chest harness.

The gold trim on the wrist bracer has a sculpted filigree pattern that pairs with the matching accents on the belt’s central demon face medallion. The sword features a narrow, tapered blade with a crossguard that has ornamental detailing carved into its surface.

Keldor stands fully equipped with the Havoc Staff and a sword, and the purple armor plating across the chest, belt, and greaves has a consistent metallic sheen that unifies all the separate pieces. The pointed toe boots have gold-trimmed curled tips that match the gold accents running through the knee guards and bracers.

The acid vial’s skull stopper and caged flask body are gripped tightly, with each finger showing sculpted purple nail detail and creased knuckles across the blue skin. The purple bracer has a metallic finish with small riveted studs along its edge and gold chain links trailing from beneath the cuff.

Keldor’s full figure shot shows the complete armor spread without any accessories in hand, letting the layered construction of the chest harness, segmented tassets, and spiked greaves speak for themselves. The bare hands here have sculpted claw-like fingertips, and the acid vial is tucked into one grip, a small detail easily missed in the busier shots.

The melting portrait from a three-quarter angle highlights how the yellow flame effects sit differently on this side, with larger, more irregular tendrils curling past the jawline while the exposed red tissue blends into the intact blue skin along a ragged, uneven border. The gold bone-chain trim across the chest harness frames the destruction above it, and the metallic purple shoulder armor catches a heavy sheen at this distance.

The melting portrait from this steep upward angle reveals the underside of the flame effects, where the yellow tendrils cluster together in thick, uneven masses before tapering off into thinner wisps near the tips. The purple gemstones studding the chest harness have a faceted cut to them, and the bone-chain links trailing between each armor plate have a corroded, aged surface texture.
