Mondo Masters of the Universe Sixth Scale SDCC 2023 Booth Images
Mondo MOTU SDCC 2023 is coming out in full force showcasing their amazing offerings of Prince Adam, Skeletor, Filmation Trap Jaw, and Panthor
Mondo is firing on all cylinders this weekend at San Diego Comic Con 2023! So far, they have revealed a Filmation Trap Jaw and they have their SDCC 2023 exclusive Prince Adam and their new Skeletor and Panthor on display in their booth and they look AMAZING!
Filmation Trap Jaw
At SDCC 2023, Mondo revealed a Filmation version of Trap Jaw for their Sixth Scale line. Mondo already has a version of Trap Jaw they revealed back in March of 2023 so this Filmation version is like the Power Con 2021 exclusive Filmation Hordak that looked freakin insane!!! The Filmation version of Trap Jaw pays homage to his cartoon appearance and yes, he comes a with fuzzy fluffy red loin cloth!

We got another view of the side profile of Trap Jaw and we can see a better view of his arm canon, attachments, and boots.

Trap Jaw Version 1
Freshly escaped from Infinita, the psychotic interdimensional cyborg finally cracks our MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE 1:6 scale figure line. The Wizard of Weapons joins our other formidable Evil Warriors including Scareglow, Mer-Man and Faker. Complete with 30 points of articulation and an extensive array of accessories, plus a fully swappable Kronis head, Classic head and Kronis arm.

It is great to look at the figure “in hand” in the official product shot as you can get a better sense of the colors and textures for the figure!

Trap Jaw Filmation Catoon
Trap Jaw’s cybernetic enhancements have given him an array of interchangeable attachments and weapons. He has a mechanical jaw that can clamp down on objects with great force, hence his name. Additionally, his arm can be replaced with different tools, such as a claw, hook, or laser blaster, making him a formidable opponent in battle.

Prince Adam SDCC Exclusive
Prince Adam was revealed not too long ago and it is amazing to see an “in hand image” at SDCC. The vest and his soft goods outfit are absolutely spectacular! You can also see his translucent pink power sword and his fluffy loin cloth and boots.

An SDCC 2023 online exclusive, we’re excited to add the royal heir with a big secret to our Masters of the Universe 1/6 scale line. Featuring over 30 points of articulation, swappable portraits and Power Masks, fabric costume elements and an array of weapons (including three Power Swords).

We also got treated to another amazing image of the Deluxe Skeletor and Panthor and they look out of this world!

Special thanks to thundercats_classics for posting a pic of the new Skeletor atop his trusty kitty Panthor!

This angle of Skeletor looks absolutely amazing! The paints apps on the figure and the Havoc staff are incredible. The Stirrups on Panthor are a very nice touch!

Dragon Blaster Skeletor
Mondo (thank you Toy Hunters Hollow for the heads up) also released an image teasing the Dragon Blaster look for Skeletor today too! We brightened up the photo on the left quite a bit and we can see more details!

Deluxe Skeletor Official Image
With the backdrop of the ominous Snake Mountain in the background, Mondo has released their first official image of the upcoming deluxe sixth scale Skeletor figure that was revealed at Design Con 2022, along with a whole host of other characters Mondo has slotted for their sixth scale MOTU line. From the image, we can surmise that Skeletor comes with a posable soft goods cape and it appears that his hood is also made of soft goods. We are very impressed with this first image of Evil Lord of Destruction and can tell this is going to be another figure Mondo knocks out of the park!

Deluxe Mondo Skeletor Reveal
Looking at the concept render, it appears that Skeletor will also come with interchangeable battle armor and real furry shorts, like the deluxe Mondo He-Man that went up for preorder in 2022 and the Anti Eternia He-Man shortly after it was revealed.
