MOTU Origins Skeletor Through the Years 4 Pack prediction

Teased thru The Fwoosh on instagram, we make a prediction on the MOTU Origins Skeletor Through the Years 4 Pack! We explore our thoery further!

A few months ago, posted on the Masters Of The Universe on Instagram page was an image that 2023 is the year of Skeletor! And they will be kicking off a Skeletor themed Skelebration and bringing back MOTUesdays! So far we have gotten He-Skeletor, New Adventures Skeletor and also the the recent reveal of Snake Mountain,. Well we had one theor regadring MOTU Origins for this year’s Skelebration! We covered our entire prediction for this year’s Skelevration in our 2023 Skelebration Speculation article. Today, we got a hint from The Fwoosh that ” Whoa! #Skeletor is sending a transmission from across the void! Something new is coming soon! Keep it right here next week…” We have a theory of what that could be! We already know that Entertainment Earth has hinted at a “Mountainous Drop” on April 28th, which of course should be Snake Mountain. But this post from the The Fwoosh got us thinking……We would like to explore our theory in this article. Nothing has been confirmed, this is just our hunch!

Now let’s examine this posted image closer, you see Skeletor appearing on a computer screen, that looks familiarly like an old style CRT TV. And it is being displayed on a computer console that looks like it came outta the Filmation cartoon. Also if you look closely, that is an Origins version of Skeletor we have not gotten before. Let’s take a closer look at the head sculpt, it looks remarkably similar to the new Skeletor Screeech 2 Pack Head sculpt with articulated jaw, but he is wearing his standard purple armor. The paint color is a little different, but it is the same sculpt! So our theory is that they will use this new head sculpt with the articulated jaw to create a Skeletor Through the Years animated Series 4 Pack! So that Skelly in the CRT TV could be the Filmation version from the 4 Pack! We predicted this set in our 2023 Skelebration Speculation article, and now this is another hint! Let’s looks at the 4 versions of Skeletor that might be included!

Origins Prediction:

Last year Mattel launched a Mattle Creations 40th Anniversary MOTU Origins He-Man 4-Pack. If you recall on the Televsion image of the Packaging, there were 4 diiferent images of He-Man as well as Skeletor! So our second prediction for 2023 is a 40th Anniversary Skeletor throughout the years Origins 4 Pack consisting of a classic Filmation style Skeletor, a New Adventures Skeletor, a 200X Skeletor and a CGI Skeletor!
