We first wanted to send a special thanks to Enrique from Instagram for sharing these photos and EXCLUSIVE VIDEO with us as we know can get a more detailed look at the Skeletor Reborn figure from the Netflix animated CGI series! I guess you could call this a mini review! We love when people send us notes out of the blue like this as we, first and foremost, get to interact with amazing members of the collecting community and, second, get to see cool figures that have not hit store shelves yet!

This version of Skeletor reminds me of Skelegod from Masters of the Universe Revelation version on so many levels but it was great to see the official images of this figure back in June but getting to see figure IRL is even better! Enrique sent us several photos and, given his artistic nature, put the figure under a black light, which looks freakin amazing!

He also posted images in a Facebook group and the designer, Tim Kane, replied back with this amazing concept sketch shown along side the figure here! AS you can see, this is an oversized deluxe figure with a ton amazing sculpted pieces and his figure is literally fire (or Havoc lol)! The colors of purple, oranges, and neon greens somehow really play well off of each other. Also, you can see he comes with a soft goods loin cloth to add that extra layer of protection down there, which is not removable, which adds a premium feeling to the figure!
He also has some oversized effects that attach to his hand so it is cool to see those and the close up detail in the images! The skull effect is pretty cool and goes along with Skeletor’s persona really well! The oversized hand has a layered effect and looks more like a gauntlet than anything else.
Getting a glimpse of the back view, he’s got a huge piece of orange armor that spans across his upper back!
The clear smoke effect pieces sculpted over his armor add a nice layered effect, which is great that you can actually see through it, providing additional depth and dimension to the figure. If you look closely, which didn’t come through when looking at the official images, we get our first articulated elbow joint in the CGI line! Also, the translucent fists also add a nice touch and we are happy that they are same color as the efects because that would have looked odd with a different color showing through.
