Transformers MPG MPG-25 Blaster & Steeljaw pairs the iconic boombox bot with his loyal cassette companion, both reimagined through the MPG lens that merges G1 character design with Japanese railway aesthetics, and alongside them comes MPG-24 Eject & Ramhorn, giving collectors two more cassette partners that round out Blaster’s crew in a way that feels genuinely complete rather than piecemeal. Both sets are going up for preorder soon via Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth. Transformers MPG MPG-24 Eject & Ramhorn
Eject and Ramhorn each transform from compact cassette forms into their robot and beast modes, respectively. Eject sports a clean blue and white deco with a yellow blaster, while Ramhorn’s rhino mode has a stocky, chunky sculpt with a triple-horned head.
Eject’s cassette mode is shown alongside his robot mode, with the compact rectangular alt mode retaining the same blue and white color blocking and yellow chest details that carry over into robot form. The Autobot insignia sits centered on the cassette’s face between those two yellow panels.
Ramhorn’s cassette mode is a compact brick of burgundy panels with recessed mechanical detailing and an Autobot insignia stamped in the corner. His rhino mode unfolds from that same footprint, with a gold chest section breaking up the monochrome body and those sharp, sculpted horns fanning out from the head.
Eject’s white head sculpt features a flat crest and narrow yellow visor, giving him that classic Headmasters-era look. The blocky lower legs are solid blue with exposed screw heads at the joints, and the white forearms have a chunky, mechanical feel to them.
Eject’s blaster has a chunky, detailed sculpt with ribbed barrel housing and a squared-off grip, nestled here in his cassette mode alongside those yellow shoulder panels. The small Autobot insignia is stamped just below the panels on the cassette face.
Ramhorn’s rhino mode has a gold missile launcher mounted on his back, with sculpted warhead tips stacked in a row. The Autobot insignia is stamped on the upper body panel, and the gray rubber-tipped toes add a nice material contrast against the burgundy body.
The rear of Ramhorn’s cassette mode has a dense arrangement of gold panels with castle-like sculpted battlements and recessed glyph-style detailing across both halves. Silver screw heads dot the burgundy lower section, with mechanical hinge points and tabs running along the center seam.
Eject rides atop Ramhorn in a combined display, with the robot figure mounted on the rhino’s broad back. The blue and burgundy color combination between the two figures works really well together.

The accessory layout for Eject and Ramhorn includes a compact blaster, two gold missile launcher pods with sculpted warhead tips, and a pair of pink cassette case halves with cross-shaped pegs molded into their interiors. Those cassette cases have a hinged clamshell design that should snap shut around the tape-mode figures for storage or display.

Blaster’s boombox alt mode has a gray housing with a red cassette door and speaker grilles on each side, while Steeljaw’s cassette mode sits nearby as a compact yellow rectangle with an Autobot insignia and twin spool details. Steeljaw’s beast mode is a four-legged feline with finned wings along the back and a pointed snout, all in yellow with claws.
Blaster’s robot and boombox modes are shown side by side, with the red and gray color scheme carrying cleanly across both forms and the yellow cassette door with its Autobot insignia serving as the central design anchor in each. The speaker grilles from the boombox mode end up as circular knee details in robot mode, a nice bit of parts integration.
Steeljaw’s cassette and beast modes are displayed together, with the yellow tape form featuring twin spool holes and dual Autobot insignias, and the feline mode showing a sculpted lion head with a pointed snout and finned wings along the spine. The claw details on each paw and small lion head sculpts on the rear legs add character to the beast mode.
Blaster towers over Steeljaw’s compact beast mode, and the scale difference between the two really sells the Masterpiece proportions. His lower legs have large circular speaker details and red button accents, with heavy mechanical sculpting across the gray panels.
