Wave 25 and 26 MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Figure Assortment Details
It is that time of year again and thanks to our anonymous sources, we have details on the future figure assortment and wave information for the MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection waves 26 and 27. Although we received this information a couple days ago, the cat was let out of the bag by Yo Tengo El Poder on Instagram but we have updated information which figures will be in each wave. It’s an exciting time for both Princess of Power and He-Man and the Masters of the Universe fans and the Wave 25 & 26 Cartoon Collection figures that are coming out for the Cartoon Collection are Grizzlor, Fang Man, Orko, Whiplash, Shadow Weaver, and Bow. We already knew Bow was coming and Orko and Shadow Weaver have been teased on previous card art.
Wave 25
Wave 25 will consist of Grizzlor, Fang Man, and Orko!
Grizzlor
Grizzlor appeared in several She-Ra and the Princess of Power Filmation cartoons and he he was part of Catra’s force squad, following her rise to Force Captain after the defection of Adora. Like many other Horde members, Hordak implied that Grizzlor was a product of Horde science and magic. Grizzlor often oversaw the Horde Prison on Beast Island, monitoring the prisoners and controlling a variety of weapons and security devices from his command room. While a strong opponent, Grizzlor was ultimately a bumbling henchman who often acted as more of a hindrance than a real help, though on one occasion, he did almost figure out She-Ra’s secret identity. Here is a concept from Eternal Customs so we can envision what Grizzlor could look like as a Cartoon Collection figure!

Fang Man
It is cool to see Fang Man coming to the line as he is a well loved deep cut character that only appeared in one episode of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. According to the Wiki Grayskull, Fang Man is a blue-skinned reptilian and served as a member of Skeletor’s Evil Warriors and was involved in a meeting at Snake Mountain when his master devised a new plan to conquer Eternia. This involved a complicated use of the Wheel of Infinity and traveling to Eternia’s distant past to a point before Castle Grayskull was created with the intention of building a fortress there in order to place the Wheel of Infinity. Thus, it was expected that the Wheel would spin faster and faster until it exploded, thus destroying Castle Grayskull in the future. Whilst Skeletor supervised the building of the fortress, Fang Man gathered a number of Dragosaurs which he took under his control and used them to pacify the area that was populated by the Snake Clan as well as the Ape Clan.

He was also created as a figure for the first time in the Masters of the Universe Classics line!

Orko
Orko was teased on the MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Evil-Lyn cardback and helps build out the heroes! Orko is a “Trollan”, a race of beings from the extradimensional world of Trolla. Like all Trollans, Orko appears to be a diminutive blue humanoid, capable of floating in midair, whose appearance is almost completely hidden beneath a robe, hat, and scarf. Little more than Orko’s hands, ears, and eyes are ever seen by the audience, as Trollan custom only rarely permits the revelation of one’s face. Orko’s face was designed in production drawings but never appeared in the series; when his clothing is removed, he is always obscured.

Wave 26
Wave 26 will consist of Bow, Shadow Weaver, and Whiplash.
Bow
Bow was recently teased on Leech’s cardback and we knew that this figure would be coming to the line eventually. Bow is renowned as the best archer in all of Etheria. Equipped with an array of trick arrows, he uses his skills of illusion and his fierce patriotism for Etheria to fight the Evil Horde. Bow is also Princess Adora’s right hand man and best friend. You will notice on the vintage PoP version, that Bow was missing his signature mustache, later corrected by including 2 different heads in the MOTU Classics version.
Bow is a fictional character from the She-Ra: Princess of Power cartoon series produced by Filmation in the 1980s. He is one of the main characters and a member of the Great Rebellion, a group fighting against the tyrannical rule of Hordak and his Evil Horde.
Bow is depicted as a master archer and is considered the skilled marksman of the Great Rebellion. He is known for his accuracy and can hit targets with great precision from long distances. He wields a magical bow, which is powered by the Moonstone embedded in its center. This magical weapon allows him to shoot energy arrows, helping him in battles against enemies.
In terms of appearance, Bow has a muscular build, often seen wearing a turquoise and purple outfit with feather-like shoulder pads and a distinctive hat. He is depicted as a blonde-haired character with a playful and charismatic demeanor, often cracking jokes and lightening the mood during serious situations.

Bow is characterized as friendly, compassionate, and fiercely loyal to his comrades. He is particularly close to She-Ra, the princess-turned-rebel leader, and they share a strong bond throughout the series. Bow is often portrayed as the love interest of She-Ra, hinting at a romantic relationship between the two characters.
Aside from his archery skills, Bow is known to be resourceful and inventive. He often comes up with clever strategies, using gadgets or his quick thinking to aid the Rebellion in their fight against the Evil Horde. He is an essential member of the team due to his skills, charm, and unwavering commitment to the cause.
Overall, Bow is a beloved character in the She-Ra: Princess of Power cartoon series. With his archery prowess, sense of humor, and dedication to the cause, he plays a vital role in the adventures of She-Ra and the Great Rebellion, contributing to the show’s popularity among audiences.
The Princess of Power Bow vintage action figure was a popular figure from the 1980s. The figure was based on the character Bow from the animated television series “She-Ra: Princess of Power.”, except he did not have his signature mustache. He had 5 points of articulation like most of the action figures of the 1980’s at that time.
The vintage action figure of Bow stands at approximately 5.5 inches tall and is made of plastic. He is dressed in bright and colorful attire, featuring a red jacket with gold accents, matching pants, and white boots. Bow’s most recognizable feature is his distinctive helmet, which has heart-shaped cutouts on either side of his face.
The action figure comes with various accessories, including a crossbow, three arrows, a quiver, and a sword. The crossbow can be placed in Bow’s hand, and the arrows can be stored in the quiver on his back. The sword can be attached to his waist for easy access during battles.
The Princess of Power Bow vintage action figure is highly sought after by collectors and fans of the “She-Ra” series. Its vibrant design, nostalgic value, and connection to the popular animated show make it a prized item in the world of vintage toy collecting.
Below you can see Bow and Arrow from the vintage 1980’s Mattel Toy line.

We also have the second time that Bow was made into an action figure as part of the MOTU Classics line in 2011.

Below we have an incredible custom MOTU Origins Bow Action figure that was done by Hunter Knight Customs, so we can get an idea of what a Filmation style Cartoon Collection Bow might look like!
Shadow Weaver
Shadow Weaver was most recently teased on Mantenna’s cardback so it is great to see her coming to the line! Shadow Weaver Tease Shadow Weaver is a powerful sorceress and member of The Horde. She is shown as being second-in-command to Hordak, the tyrannical leader of the planet Etheria. When the infant Princess Adora was kidnapped, it was Shadow Weaver who cast a spell on her so that she would believe the deceptions of The Horde and blindly follow their evil ways. She would be amazing to see in the line because, like Octavia, she was never produced in vintage She-Ra and the Princess of Power line! Here is a concept from Cults3D as we can imagine what Shadow Weaver could like as a MOTU Origins figure.

Whiplash
A member of the Evil Warriors, Whiplash is an anthropomorphic reptilian creature. His main asset in battle is his long, bulky tail, which can injure or knock over his opponent by delivering a heavy blow, as well as being able to smash through solid rock. Here is a digital concept from Eternal Customs so we can envision what Whiplash could look like as a Cartoon Collection figure!
