MOTU Origins Eldor Coming to Mattel Creations November 2026

Well, that didn’t take long! Earlier this morning, we reported that another mystery Masters of the Universe figure was coming to Mattel Creations on November 12, and Eldor was one of the possibilities we discussed. Now, just hours later, a new teaser has Eldor confirmed ans he’s finally on his way to MOTU Origins!

This is a figure we’ve been following since August, when an actual Eldor figure was spotted on the back of the MOTU Origins Snake Lair packaging. At the time, we didn’t know when or even if Mattel planned to release him. Today’s teaser gives us a much stronger indication that the long-awaited character is without a doubt next in line.

MOTU Origins Eldor Mattel Creations Teaser

Mattel shared the following message in its Club Grayskull forums:

“An enigmatic figure will be making their debut soon, but we’re guarding the details closely. Take a quick peek into our crystal ball for clues:”

The teaser features two close-up shots that appear to match Eldor’s design. On the left is what looks like a portion of his magical book, featuring brown and gold covers with a silver spine. On the right is a blue and white crystal ball mounted on a gold base. The fur-textured trim is consistent with the Eldor figure previously pictured on the Snake Lair packaging but it looks like they have given him so gold trim on his jacket.

Eldor was originally developed for the unproduced Powers of Grayskull expansion of the vintage Masters of the Universe line. Although he never received a vintage release, he’s remained one of the more interesting characters from that abandoned concept.

The figure previously pictured on the Snake Lair packaging featured Eldor’s brown hooded robe, gray beard, gold belt, and wooden staff. The latest teaser suggests he may also include his magical book and crystal ball, although Mattel hasn’t provided a complete accessory list.

Eldor Mattel Creations November 2026 Release

Mattel has confirmed that Club Grayskull members will receive 24-hour early access beginning November 11, 2026, at 9 AM PT, ending November 12 at 8:59 AM PT.

General availability is expected to begin November 12, 2026, at 9 AM PT, provided the figure hasn’t sold out during the members-only window.

Mattel has not yet announced pricing, an estimated shipping date, or a complete product description.

For collectors who’ve been waiting for Eldor since his appearance on the Snake Lair packaging, it looks like that wait may finally be coming to an end.
