Not gonna lie, this one got me hyped all over again because just when you think the official reveals were enough to get your blood pumping, toygalaxy comes through with in-hand images of the Dreadnok Chameleon and Professor Rottclaw from the GI Joe Classified Series after Hasbro sent the figures directly to him, and seeing these two out of the packaging and in full detail is a whole different experience compared to the polished promo shots we’ve been poring over since the initial preorder announcement. The sculpting, the paint apps, the accessories, everything just pops when you can see them from multiple angles in natural lighting, and I love how the Dreadnok Chameleon carries that rugged, swamp-dwelling energy that fits perfectly alongside the rest of the Dreadnok crew while Professor Rottclaw brings a level of mad scientist menace that feels like a deep cut come to life in modern Classified form. These are exactly the kind of figures that remind you why Hasbro’s GI Joe team has been on such an incredible run, delivering characters that hit the sweet spot between nostalgia and fresh design. Professor Rottclaw and Cobra Deinonychus
The windowed box packages Professor Rottclaw alongside the Cobra Deinonychus figure against a deep red interior tray printed with a large Cobra sigil. The set includes a generous spread of accessories packed around the figures, including a silver dinosaur skull piece, a coiled whip, a helmet with red visor, and what appears to be a claw-like weapon.

Detailed with a striking white and black crackle pattern across the snout, the Cobra Deinonychus head sculpt features a bright blue eye, individually sculpted teeth along the open jaw, and a vivid red throat pouch with textured, fleshy folds running down the neck. The wrinkled, scaly skin texture across the skull and neck is impressively rendered, with fine horizontal ridges giving real depth to the sculpt.
Outfitted with dark blue-gray tactical armor over bare arms, Professor Rottclaw sports a Cobra sigil on his chest plate, red segmented shoulder pads, scaled forearm gauntlets, and a utility belt loaded with pouches and a holstered sidearm. His headsculpt features a shaved head with a white mohawk tuft, white facial markings across the brow and under the eyes, and a stern expression, while he grips a curved silver blade. The Cobra Deinonychus stands beside him with a dark feathered body, reddish chest gradient, and large pale yellow clawed feet tipped with glossy black talons.
Professor Rottclaw is shown here wearing his alternate helmeted look, a blue-gray dome with silver riveted detailing and a red face mask covering the lower half of his face. The Cobra Deinonychus is fitted with its silver armored skull cap, a menacing piece with skeletal jaw extensions, ridged spines, and a silver collar harness secured around the neck, while Rottclaw grips the creature’s reins.
Professor Rottclaw carries a compact black pistol and a coiled whip with a looping, flexible wire sculpt that drapes naturally. The Cobra Deinonychus sports a long, ridged tail tapering to a textured, serrated tip, with a Cobra emblem stamped on its hindquarter adding a nice faction-specific touch.
Zanya and Dreadnok Chameleon
The windowed box packages Zanya alongside the Dreadnok Chameleon Swamp Skier against a swamp-and-forest backdrop illustration showing her riding the vehicle through murky water. The figure is packed in a side window compartment with alternate head accessories arranged above her, while the Swamp Skier vehicle occupies the larger left portion of the box.

A generous arsenal of black weapons surrounds the vehicle, including multiple firearms of varying sizes and what appears to be a curved blade tucked beside the figure’s leg.
Zanya is posed here alongside three fellow Dreadnoks (Zartan, Zarana, and Zandar) and the Chameleon Swamp Skier, which features segmented black ski legs and a compact cockpit with mounted assault rifle.
Zanya wears a black cropped leather jacket with a skull graphic across the chest, a spiked choker collar, and olive cargo pants tucked into black knee-high boots with silver-capped toes. Small tattoo details are printed along her exposed midriff and hips, and she grips a compact silver pistol.
The Dreadnok Chameleon Swamp Skier has a lime-green angular hull with gray piping along the rear section, black triple-runner ski assemblies at each corner, and a brown ribbed seat cushion running down the center.
The Chameleon has a lift-up storage compartment flipped up, revealing a recessed cavity inside the green chassis where gear can be stashed. A black rifle rests across the edge of the open compartment while the hinged panel is raised high, clearly showing how the section of the vehicle opens to access the hidden storage area beneath. I really like seeing this feature in action because it shows the interior space built into the vehicle, turning that top panel into a functional lid that exposes the internal compartment for storing weapons or equipment.
