GI Joe Classified Series April 2024 Possible Preorders

Last month we covered the GI Joe Leap Day Reveals and Preorders, and the Hasbro team revealed some very cool digital render reveals. Also, a couple weeks ago, we covered leaked images of Sergeant Slaughter and a Low Light Spirit Mad Marauders 2 pack. So when the Entertainment Earth Drop Zone calendar advertised a April 4th GI Joe preorder, we figured these latest reveals and leaks could be in this drop! So let’s check out the GI Joe Classified Series April 4th, 2024 Possible Preorders!
We’ve had a lot of pipeline reveals lately, but the figures we think will be included in this preorder drop include:

Mad Marauders
As reported by Full Force on Facebook, a set of GI Joe Classified Series Sergeant Slaughter, Low Light & Spirit 2 pack Mad Marauders images were leaked last month. Labeled Mad Marauders, these are beautiful homages to their vintage Slaughter’s Marauders counterparts! These figures are packed in the latest new window packaging so you can see the figures in all their GI Joe glory! We believe that since we have already seen these figures in their packaging that this is a natural choice for an upcoming preorder.
Sergeant Slaughter- Mad Marauders
Sergeant Slaughter has already been released in the GI Joe Classified Series line, but this is now a Mad Marauders repaint in the amazing blue, green and brown color scheme. It looks like Sarge is packed with a ton of extra accessories. You get the hat, sunglasses, whistle, baton, mini Sarge figure, a 90lb dumbbell weight, rifle, alternate hands and what look like blue gloved hands.
Vintage Slaughter’s Marauders Sarge
Released in 1989, the leader of the team, Sergeant Slaughter lead his self named Slaughter’s Marauder’s in their bright bluem green, lime green and brown colored outfits. Package with just his baton, this version of Sarge has been a fan favorite and will translate well into the Classified Series scale.
Low Light & Spirit 2 Pack- Mad Marauders
Low Light and Spirit has also both already been released in the GI Joe Classified Series line, but this is now a Mad Marauders repaint in their beautiful blue, green and brown color scheme. It looks like Low Light is packed with a ton of extra accessories, like his backpack, sniper rifle, rifle case, knife and a couple more items we can’t make out from this image. Spirit comes with his bird Niyol, a shovel, backpack, rifle and gun. There might be a few more accessories, but again from this image it’s hard to tell.
Vintage Slaughter’s Marauders Low Light
Released in 1989 and known as Night Spoiler, the Low Light Slaughter’s Marauders has always been my favorite version of Low Light! I just loved the colorful outfit he had on and preferred it to his more plain gray outfit. He came packed with his sniper rifle with a giant night scope on the top, a pistol and a back pack.
Vintage Slaughter’s Marauders Spirit
Also released in 1989, Spirit from the Slaughter’s Maraurder’s was a beautiful repaint of his first version. He came packed with his trusty animal companion eagle Freedom. He came with an arrow gun and backpack.

Latest Digital Render Reveals
During our GI Joe Classified Series February Leap Day 2024 Preorders coverage, several figures were revealed with digital renders. These would make total sense to be coming up for preorder on this next April 4th 2024 drop. Featured on those reveals was the Cobra Ferret and Scout, Retro Beach Head, Retro Eel and Retro Snow Serpents.
Cobra Ferret and Scout
The Cobra Ferret and Scout look amazing and she comes in grays, which is a nod to the comic! The Ferret will also have some suspension action so we can’t wait to get this in hand!
The Ferret can traverse practically any terrain, it’s sorely lacking in armor. As a quad bike, it is best suited for light infantry and security detail. The Cobra Ferret is a powerful quad bike with flexible, off-road tires, one-piece welded steel wheels, a 6 forward-speed transmission, and a free-floating transverse front suspension. The bike is powered by a 16-valve liquid-cooled 115 hp 4-cycle engine. This 4-wheeler is armed with driver-controlled twin .50 caliber machine guns, a side-slung electric CMF-1 10-round grenade launcher, and 2 laser-seeking “Com-Bat” rockets.
There are many talented people that 3D print vehicles and here is a Classified Series scale custom Ferret with noneother than the Crimson Twins taking it for a joy ride.
Retro Beach Head
Beach Head is a classic character and his pack out is a nod to his vintage accessories!
We got a version of Beach Head in the Cobra Island Target exclusive era, and that was pretty much like the vintage figure. Continuing their retro cardback series, they have another Beachhead version in the works! Thanks to @YoJoeARAH, we get to visualize what a retro Beachhead could look like!
Retro Eels
The Cobra Eels are a classic armoy builder and you can see his packout is a nod to his vintage design.
Hot off the heals of the Classified Series general release, we are getting another army builder in the form a retro cardback Eel! We hope they stay true to how the weapons were designed!
There is a talented 3D printer designer who created custom G.I. Joe Classified series style Eel backpack/speargun that has those vintage feels so we are expecting Hasbro to do this figure justice retro style and not just repack the first release and put it on a retro cardback.
Here is a close up the speargun and backpack and they look incredible!
Retro Snow Serpent
The Snow Seroent is another classic army builder and they nailed the color blue on the web gear! He even comes with a white figure stand!
We also recently got a Snow Serpent in the Classified Series but a retro cardback version would be awesome! The vintage figure was so great and it will be awesome to see how the figure turns out as a retro cardback figure.
The Snow Serpent is an exciting name only reveal and we are using a custom concepts to show you what he may look like. This one is exciting because he comes packed with a ton of really cool accessories like the classic tennis racket snow shoes and missile.
