Mattel 12 Days of Fandom Returns and SDCC 2023 Events

Mattel is going to have a large presence at SDCC 2023, which includes events, activities, toy reveals, and panels! We can’t wait for the MOTU reveals

San Diego Comic Con 2023 is upon us and Mattel has a lot in store for collectors, which include everything from meet and greets to seeing sneak peeks for upcoming movies, shows, and our favorite, toy reveals. With Mattel’s return to SDCC, the toy juggernaut will have a big presence with panels, special guest appearances, product reveals and more at Booths #3029 and #2945 on the showroom floor. Be ready for properties like Masters of the Universe, WWE, Jurassic Park, Monster High, and Hot Wheels to make their presence known at the biggest con of the year!

Kicking things off on July 10, 2023, Mattel Creations with have special product drops as part of the “12 Days of Fandom” event where collectors can check out the latest and greatest toys from Mattel’s properties. We hope they grace us with a couple drops this year from either the Masterverse or the Masters of the Universe Origins lines. Recall, last years 12 Days of Fandom event saw the MEGA Powers of Grayskull building set drop. With the release of the MEGA Eternia Battleground set, we could see either the Viper Tower or Grayskull Tower revealed as these would be the next logical reveals for the MEGA line.

Based on the character from the Netflix animated Revelation Cartoon series, the Motherboard was a mysterious character that was revealed at the end of the season. This figure stands an impressive 12 inches tall and has a 24″ wing span! It will be an impressive piece on your display shelf that’s for sure! Filled with techno conduit lines, this figure really has that computer motherboard chip look to her! The blue color scheme works really well and this is a wonderful translation of what the character looks like from the animated series. The packaging is just as impressive in a brightly decorated box that sports additional Motherboard themed artwork.

Day 5 of Fandom: AT-ST Hotwheels with Chewie Hotwheels

Day 5 of Fandom brings us this awesome Hot Wheels Starships Select AT ST with Chewie driver!
