It’s a good sign for collectors that Mattel is re-releasing prior Masters of the Universe Origins figures for those who missed out. Also, there are some subtle differences in the Fan Favorite figures as we’ve seen this with the latest She-Ra Fan Favorite. Aside from a darker gold paint app and different stickers on her brown and waist piece, her weapons are also on display in package, which makes the figure look more appealing for in-box collectors. Thanks to an anonymous, source, we also know the next Fan Favorite figures that are coming in the future. We all know that pinning down where to purchase these figures can be a pain so we’ve made it a little easier for you!

Webstor

Webstor is not that much of a surprise as Paulmart has put him up for preorder a while ago and he just uploaded this listing to Amazon. As part of a special assortment, Entertainment Earth put Webstor up for preorder, along with Fan Favorite releases King Randor, Mini Comic Trap Jaw, and Ninjor in a listing that had all four figures. Looking at the figure in package, we can see the obvious difference in the packaging but it also looks like his belt is a deeper red but that’s pretty much all we can see at the moment.

Webstor First Release

Webstor was released in 2021 as part of Wave 6, along with LoP Beast Man, Stinkor, and Green Godess.

King Randor Fan Favorite

King Randor was originally part of the MOTU Origins Wave 10 figure assortment that was very hard to find. It quickly sold out when the Wave 10 assortment went up for preorder so it’s great to see the randy Randy himself again! It’s hard to tell how different the figure is from his first release but we are guessing that the gold paint apps will be either darker or lighter for the Fan Favorite release.

King Randor 40th Anniversary First Release

King Randor was part of the MOTU Origins Wave 10 figure assortment, along with Whiplash, Digitino, and Mini Comic Trap Jaw. This wave had the special 40th anniversary sticker in the upper left corner of the card front.

Ninjor Fan Favorite

The Evil Ninja Warrior is clad in a black gi and the shade of red on the figures hands and boots are the likely place where we will a difference between the first release and the Fan Favorite.

Ninjor First Release

The Evil Ninja Warrior was part of the Wave 4 figure assortment, along with Stratos, Tri-Klops, and Hordak.

Mini Comic Trap Jaw

The Evil Ninja Warrior is clad in a black gi and the shade of red on the figures hands and boots are the likely place where we will a difference between the first release and the Fan Favorite.

Mini Comic Trap Jaw First Release

Mini Comic Trap Jaw was part of the MOTU Origins Wave 10 figure assortment, along with Whiplash, Digitino, and King Randor. This wave had the special 40th anniversary sticker in the upper left corner of the card front.

Have it your way with the Burger King himself, none other than our fan favorite King Randor! The MOTU Origins King Randor was always a hard figure to get as he sold out quickly and distribution on him was sparse. But fans can rejoice because we have confirmed that the MOTU Origins King Randor is returning as a Fan Favorite figure, so you can have it your way! Huge thanks to MOTU in the Wild for the heads up that King Randor MOTU Origins Fan Favorite has been confirmed with the image below showing him on the new Fan Favorite Card Back! There is an unnamed 4th figure as part of Wave 16, could it possibly be King Randor?

Not only that, but we have a photo of an upcoming Walmart Planogram that clearly shows 2 pegs with King Randor on it, thanks to Matthew Dotter! This is yet another example of King Randor perhaps being the 4th unnamed figure of Wave 16!

We also know that King Randor is part of a Reissue Specialty Assortment that is available on Entertainment Earth!

Entertainment Earth has put a MOTU Origins reissue specialty assortment preorder that contains King Randor, Mini Comic Trap Jaw, and Webstor. It looks like Entertainment Earth has put up a chance for collectors to get some characters from previous waves so this is great news! Could these all be Fan Favorite branded reissues?
